I've used this herb every night for 20 years
I started using cascara Sagrada everyday at 25, and I'm 45 now. I take three every night after my last meal and exactly 12 hours later is when I see the effects. It's been a godsend for me. Not everyone can take three, it's just what my digestive tract needs. My digestive tract is weak because of damage done to it in my youth. I've tried other brands but this is the only one that seems to have consistent quality and effectiveness. The only thing I worry about is if it's having any detrimental effects on my liver, I wish I knew about long-term usage effects but there just hasn't been any long-term studies done. I think it's a wonderful herb that doesn't cause dependency and is gentle and effective on the system.

Seems different
This used to work good as a charm after two capsules now it feels like I have to take three capsules for it to work. ImI don’t know if they changed the ingredients, being the ass purchased a smaller bottle instead of the usual big bottle but I’m not liking the change. Please change back to original ingredients.
