Getting stronger

I am a fitness instructor mobile personal trainer I do pool sessions and purchase this piece. I will say hands-down it gives you one of the best pool workouts. You must read the directions and watch the videos to make sure that you were doing the proper form as you get resistance up to 50 pounds if you don’t have it in the water properly, you will not get that resistance. I wish the price was a little bit better as I would buy multiple

Good exercise for the pool, no doubt. Touch over priced for what you get, I’d say $50 lower is appropriate but I’m no expert. My big problem is with the ‘barbell bar’ it is a simple plastic bar holding the foils that weight almost nothing but it has bent out of shape in weeks. It’s not even the 4ft bar, just 3ft. I’d be interes To swap my 3ft bent bar for an upgraded 4ft bar in recompense.

Update!! Customer service was very helpful, they quickly responded to my complaint and are willing to fix it right away! I am changing my review to reflect the awesome customer service experience. I purchased the set that comes with leg, hand held and barbell . The dumbbell bar warp in the sunlight the first week of the summer! Mid eighties temperatures. I have reached out to the company and hopefully they will get me a replacement bar. They said that the equipment cannot be stored outside but rather in a climate controlled environment (inside your house). For the price point I feel the equipment is cheap and would not recommend buying.

These pool weights are a great way to workout and burn calories. If your limited in your activity level due to past injuries these weights are perfect. Even if your not suffering from physical disabilities this is a great alternative to improve an athletes speed and endurance. Give it a try. If it doesn’t help you than your doing it wrong.

I enjoy the hand bells and the barbell exercises but the fins I don’t use, definitely a good buy though because I bought 2 sets one for my mom and one for myself so we could workout in the mornings each day to help with our weight loss goals

I like that the resistance works for both myself and my wife.
