Gave this to my husband for Father’s Day! He absolutely loved it. He wanted a blade for awhile and was looking at something that was around $200, but I found this on Amazon. He has been using this ever since. It also feels luxurious as well, not the cheap kind.

If you have a great deal of patience and can be very meticulous this might work for you. I have been using this about twice a week for a few months now and I am getting the hang of it. The shave is close and the easy parts of the face are, well, easy. But I usually nick myself at least once every time. The hard parts of the face (upper lip and around the mouth) are hard. I typically switch to a safety razor to keep the bloodstains to a minimum. I don't need to look like Heath Ledgers Joker. But I have found that the straight razor shave is very nice when it goes well and the process forces me to slow down and focus. I'm not a Zen guy but it's amazing how carful you can learn to be with a blade at your own neck.

It’s good built razor. I’m a barber so I do shaves on a daily basis. Holds the blade well, would like it to be a tad less exposed. Also it’s balanced really weird ( more handle heavy ). Maybe if you’re more heavy handed it would work for you but I’m really light and gentle with my shaves so with the handle being more heavy it pulls away from the blade more

It’s way too small for my large hands. It’s award how to install the piece of blade. There is no way to insert the blade unless you damage the edge or cut your fingers. The edge of the blade is exposed for up to three millimeters making it to add vibration to the cut/shaving. It’s niyt s comfortable shaving.

I bought this to replace a straight razor my husband lost. He loves this replacement. He said he likes it way better than the one he lost. He used it to keep his beard on point. I have a short boy cut and he uses it on me to keep my neck line looking sharp. He also uses it on our son to keep him looking put together. This is a must have for the man that likes to look good.

This razor is perfect. Makes me feel like a pro.

I love the weight of this tool. And the comfort grip is perfect. I have never had it come close to falling apart on me, it’s a really good razor. Let’s face it, it looks badass. @ladybarber99
