Works ! Cheap model didn’t
My Axis PTZ stopped working( still had picture) low power warning Tried a cheaper unit Same problem Installed the Axis model, camera works great

Units Work Great For PTZ’s
These genuine Axis midspans work really well. They do have the ability to convert fiber to CAT6 as well. These units negotiate power with the cameras with ease and even work with non axis products. They are useful and very reliable.

Always too expensive for what you get
This mid-span is crazy expensive just like all the other Axis products. The only reason I purchased it was due to me needing a spare to do manual factory defaults at the cameras when Axis Camera Station cannot. I have Axis joysticks and they are crazy money and when one of them malfunctioned I open the accessory up and couldn't believe the single circuit board that was about 2"x2" in diameter. What a joke!
