I have taken this before and had great results. Tried another product with not so great results so went back to these biotin gummies. Where are my ladies who are post-menopausal and have thinning hair? Like what is that? But I have to say these vitamins do seem to help. First my nails are really strong - and then my hairdresser mentioned that I had a bunch of new hair growth. Whoop Whoop! Even if its just sprigs of hair right now, I'll take it! They taste good too so that's a bonus.

I originally bought these to help with hair growth. I'm a horrible pill taker, which is why I opted for the gummies. They have a good flavor similar to gummy candy. They came decently packaged, not melted or anything like that, and appeared to be fresh. After talking them for a few months, I didn't notice any change in my hair growth. However, I did notice my nails grew like crazy and they were extra hard. I typically have pretty strong nails already, but these were unreal strong! I know it can take longer than a few months to notice a change in hair growth, so I would have kept taking them if it weren't for the side effects I discovered... I noticed that I started gaining weight faster than what is normal for me. I also noticed that it became harder for me to lose weight as well. I didn't necessarily feel hungrier than normal, and my eating habits didn't change, but all of a sudden I'm gaining weight out of nowhere. I was working out regularly, and nothing in my diet or lifestyle had changed other than me taking biotin, so these gummies are the only thing I can blame for It. I tried taking them again about a year later and it all happened again. I love having long hair and strong nails, but it's not worth it if I have to gain weight too. I gave these 4 stars still because they tasted good and probably did what they were supposed to do. Everybody's body is different, so my experience may not be the same as the next person. It's definitely something to think about if you're considering taking biotin in any form from any company.

I recently lost ALL my hair in the back of my head from a spider bite. My doctor found where I was bitten 5 times. I have an appointment with a dermatologist this coming week to get his opinion of what caused my hair to come out in “chunks “. This whole thing has really freaked me out. Hopefully in a few more months I look forward to tossing the wig I’ve had to buy to hide the huge bald area in the back of my head. When I lost my hair it came out in a huge chunk all at once and that chunk included all of the hair in back of my head not just a few strands. I do highly recommend this product !! I hope if you do try it that you will get the same results that I’ve been getting and as quickly. I just ordered a second bottle I don’t want to be out of these vitamins.

This is an important vitamin and I always make sure I have them handy. I love that they taste good and they're great for travel and when you're on the go.
