Great Belgian ssugar
I have never used Belgian pearl sugar before. Purchased to make for ginger molasses cookies. This was an absolute wonderful addition. The texture while it appears similar to little rock's it is actually easy to bite into. Perfect for baking.

So my family is from belgium. This sugar is absolutely what I would consider authentic because it's beet sugar. Love the crystallization and how it melts. It was a pleasure making Liege waffles this holiday, and everyone approved of the sugar crystals! So excited to use it again.

Excellent, high quality pearl sugar. We used two bags for several batches of Belgian liege waffles and they came out perfectly.
