The item was supposed to have a scratch on the back, but really one of the feet were bent and I am okay with that. The item was unused with all the packaging and tape still in place. I paid $55 for this item. Honestly I wouldn't pay more than that for it. The 5 minute pizza oven is awesome. Pure awesome. I can cook a tombstone pizza is 6 minutes flat, not 5, but 6 and it comes out perfect. There is a bunch of setting. Apparently the top 3 are all 600 plus degrees and the bottom ones are 350 degrees. Realistically the regular thin crust setting is 600 degrees and the rising crust I got around 400 because the top element turns off. Actually it cooks better on the rising crust setting, but expect it to take twice as long. Also I baked a round circle cake in it for 10 minutes and it came out perfectly done. So here is some things I wish they would correct if they keep making this oven. First put some sides on the pizza pan rack to hold stuff on it because the ceramic is way way way too slippery and food tends to slide right off. Second I wish it came with some sort of silicone baking make to help with slippery food like chicken wings. One more thing I wish it was a little bigger to hold bigger pizzas and also taller to hold bigger items in it. If they want to examine the old one, they will pay to ship it. I really have no quarrel at all with this entire process. In fairness, I've raised my review to 3 stars because this really is a 5 star product. The problem was a serious one, but the customer service was top notch.Update #1: I have contacted the manufacturer as instructed and will elaborate on the process.I loved this oven for the 3 months I've had it, but it gets one star because I'm afraid it will burn my house down. I wish I was joking, but it started throwing off a large spark out of the side and tripping off the breaker. Very disconcerting and disappointing. Well, it supposedly has a 2 year warranty, I'll see if there is any contact about a replacement. Such a shame, because when it worked, it was awesome. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My favorite pizza oven ever *by J***H on Reviewed in the United States on December 12, 2017* It took me awhile, but I finally understood how this machine was designed and now I use it several times a week, not just for pizza. Reheating pizza is good too, but other snacks are quickly cooked. Here is one of my latest pizzas, where I preheat the oven and tray for 5 minutes, pull it out and build my pizza on it, and then cook it for 5 minutes. Fast and delicious. It does take up a lot of counter space, but isn't heavy and can easily be moved to a shelf and pulled out as needed.
