From Internet sources it is stated that sunflower seeds are especially high in vitamin E and selenium. These function as antioxidants to protect your body’s cells against free radical damage. Additionally, sunflower seeds are a good source of beneficial plant compounds including phenolic acids and flavonoids — which also function as antioxidants. I buy sunflower and pumpkin seeds from Terrasoul and I appreciate that they are organic and fresh. What's not to like?! I grind them in a coffee grinder and use them in different ways: I add them to Kombucha to ferment them and remove lectins (search internet for definition); I add ground seeds to sugarless fudge made of heated milk, cocoa powder, gelatin, pistachios, peanuts, coconut powder and flakes; and I add ground seeds to yogurt mixed with cocoa powder, wild blueberries, and chia seeds; and add to homemade basil pesto. I recommend that you obtain healthy nourishment from a variety of organic foods, especially seeds and nuts.

Quality was good and well packaged with tight closure to retain freshness. I have been buying seeds and nuts etc from this company for years and they are always fresh and of the highest quality. I would recommend them highly.
