This is a great product. After you boil it in water and place it in a pouch it soothes and relaxes back muscles.. It's mostly used at PT.

I had frozen shoulder and it took six months to recuperate. Could not have done it without this wonderful heat pack.

Been using these hot packs for years and the durability is great but have started to last a little less then before

I followed the instructions and then when it was fully soaked I heated it in a pan in the oven with water in several different ways. It said it just needed to be heated to 160 degrees for 20 minutes, but I poured very hot water over it, put it in the oven at 200 degrees and kept it there for an hour or two, and it still did not hold the heat for more than 5 to 10 minutes.

Its construction is so rugged it appears military grade and it feels & weighs like it is full of sand. I cools down faster than expected/advertised and takes a long time to get ready (2hrs for first use 15-30 minutes thereafter). It seems as if it's designed for commercial use in Physical Therapy clinics where they keep multiple packs on the ready.

Holds heat for long time. Easy to use.

As described. Follow instructions on the first use, they take a while to soak up and expand to full potential.

Great... large enough to cover the lower back area and or shoulders or any part of the body.. Make sure you place a towel or other item that will prevent it from coming in contact with your skin when it is HOT)..Great purchase..

Es bastante buena, llega a almacenar mucho calor por bastante tiempo, por eso se recomienda cubrirlo con una toalla, ya que puede llegar a ser muy caliente, la Medida es personal, solo para el área afectada, pero es muy buena, sin duda volvería a comprar.

Fácil de usar, buena respuesta para el tratamiento de fisioterapia
