If you’re looking for a kick beater as a replacement or something that has more of that kick to it this beater is the best option for you. It’s good looking in my opinion, functions amazing gets the job done, sounds pretty heavy when it hits the kick pad which is good, easy to install not hard at all just use your brain and the manual that comes with it. It’s held up pretty well so far I am amazed better than the one I had before.

Great sound even at a less than ideal attack angle. Put this beater on my son's Pocket Kit with a 16inch kick drum so it strikes a little higher than center and at a downward angle but with the rounded felt it provides a clean solid sound.

AWESOME<MUCH BETTER THAN THE ORDINARY VERSION<IT ALSO SOLVES THE ANGLE PROBLEM OF THE BEATER TO THE BATTER HEAD.

Works well. With the weights up towards the beater head, I get great action and rebound on my 30 year old Tama double pedals and a nice satisfying thump from the plastic beater side. Very happy with them so far.

Sorry you may not see the beaters in the picture but, these beaters are probably one of the best beaters you’ll ever get for your money. I have purchased a couple other beaters like Trick Blow beaters and felt beaters and these are the most versatile as far as you can have felt on one side and hard plastic on the other. Very good purchase ... I would recommend for the beginner to advanced Drummer if you really like a Crisp-based kick or a nice muffled thump. You choose!

These are some great beaters! They are light weight & have some pretty good action. All at a very reasonable price! If you're a drummer on a budget & are in need of a beater then this is definitely worth looking into. You may be wondering why I only gave it four stars if all I seem to have to say are positive things, right? It only got four stars because, although it said in the description that it came with two beaters, it only came with one. I'm not sure if I mis read the item description but I'm fairly sure that it said that it was supposed to come with TWO beaters. Aside from that it's an excellent purchase.

Bought this for Roland electronic drums. Easy to install and delivers the sound I want.

I used to have a felt/oval beater that worked well for my "stomping" style of playing the kick. Once I started playing heel down and developing more dynamic range I switched to this beater and it is excellent. Articulates super well especially on doubles.

What a difference. I’ve had a generic beater on my dw 5000 pedal for sometime now. Swapped to the proper DW beater that these pedals come with and it feels night and day better. Lighter, more power. Hard to believe a beater makes this much difference.
