I got this because I have a 20 gallon long tank river set up. It is not noisy! My panda loaches and white cloud minnows loveee playing in the bubbles. The ability to adjust the bubbles is nice. Great product and very easy to put together. Worth it!

This is a nice little air pump. Puts out two hoses of good fast air. It’s quiet, and it comes with the hoses , back flow safety valve , splitters . Everything I could ask for only $14.

Great little pump. I needed something that would pump a decent amount of air for a main feature in my tank. This does extremely well in creating the air that I need. The more air you turn it up the pump does make a little more noise. The lower you restrict the noise, the quieter the pump gets. I ended up sticking it on some foam pad because no matter what I did seem to get a little bit of a vibration hum noise from it.

This review comes a long time after purchasing this. It still works! Not too loud when sound dampening is provided. It sits 20' away from where I sleep and does not cause me any concern.

This is great! It pushes out air at a pretty high rate but with it being adjustable and having connections that you can also adjust for flow it has various different speeds which i like. My old pump used to come out so fast and uneven that it would make water bounce above and out of the tank from the speed, this pump is even faster and doesn't do it as bad at all! I keep the different tubes going at different rates at different sides of my 20 gal tank, and my corys love it! The tubing is very long and it comes with everything in the picture. The pump is also very quiet, the most i hear is the air coming up from the water surface. I do have a small washcloth under the pump as the instructions advised.(some of the sound in my video is my space heater and the filter but it also the air i was talking about)

I received a used product. Completely unacceptable unless I was knowingly purchasing one. *UPDATE* The company offered me a full refund even when a new unit was sent. I believe this was mishandled by Amazon and not the company in question. I've been using the unit for a few days and while it's not whisper quiet, it's not loud by any means. There is a decent hum that comes from it but I bet if I put it on a towel or something the noise would greatly reduce. The bubbles come out really nice and it's a small unit so you can put it almost anywhere! It would definitely fit behind the fish tank with no visible signs of the units. The stone works really well so far and the airflow is nice and solid. It's a nice little unit and I really appreciate that the company contacted me right away to make sure that I was satisfied. They also said that if I had any issues with the product in the future I could contact them again. Customer service is so important, especially on Amazon!

I have this set for one item currently. Pump is louder than my old one but much more power. It has a low hum and placing it on a pad does not quiet it. However, I'm sure soon we won't even notice it. The dial does adjust the flow a small amount but for the amount of turn it has I would have expected more of an adjustment. In all, a good powerful pump.

I’ve been using the HITOP Dual Outlet Aquarium Air Pump on my 10-gallon tank and I’m very impressed. It’s surprisingly quiet (barely audible), even when running continuously, and provides strong, consistent airflow to both outlets. Dual outlets are perfect for running a sponge filter and an air stone at the same time. Build quality feels solid, setup was easy, and it runs cool without vibration. My fish seem more active and the water circulation has noticeably improved. For the price, this pump offers excellent performance and reliability. Highly recommended for small to medium aquariums.

Okay so, looking at all the other reviews I noticed quite a few who were disappointed with this purchase. Usually I don't post reviews despite being pretty much a daily Prime shopper. So, long story short, this is most definitely the best band for your buck. I've used every pump on the market, for the money, this is a really, really good pump. If you want an Eheim, buy one. I'm using this one in conjunction with said pump. Eheim 100 to be specific. The reason for price variance is of course the longevity of both these products. However, both pumps will need to be rebuilt at some point. When it comes time for my Eheim to be rebuilt it's worth it. This Hitop probably can just be replaced. The air flow is outrageous, better than my Eheim. But again different pumps. With all the accessories you really can't go wrong here. I've read also disappointed regarding the provided air lines. They are absolutely fine. Remember, nothing mechanical last forever without maintenance. I really, really hope this Hitop lasts me years! If it doesn't, I'll purchase a new one. Buy this pump if you're looking for a quiet, powerful pump with all the accessories included. I actually got more parts than listed. I hope this helps perspective buyer's. I like this air pump. I currently have two lines coming from it. It works really well. It's a bit noisier than my last pump. These air stones are rather loud as well. But I do like the round air stones. I like the effect it gives. I like the lines that comes with, very easy to work with. Despite being a bit louder than my other pump, I would purchase this pump again

Have it in my sons aquarium since purchase and no complaints here. Not loud at all either.
