Excellent, love it!!

So happy that I bought these to start my Yerba mate journey, they are beautiful, stylish and very well made, very impressed with the quality, very easy to use and came with very good instructions.

At first I have it a 3 star rating and a review stating that I really like the product but the spout was leaking from the side. I quickly received an email asking me to send them a photo or video of the leak and they sent me a replacement the same day which I received the very next day! Very very fast response, great customer service. They didn't even ask me to change my review/rating, they seem to just care about customer satisfaction. I appreciate it and I will definitely become a regular customer for my mate needs from your amazon sales AND your website! I wish all companies were like this. About the product now... I love the bombilla, I love the gourd and now I love the flask too :) I enjoy drinking mate using these products!

Great value for money.

Very confortable mate gourd. It fits in the hand perfectly. It's easy to clean. It material keeps the drink hot in the inside whilst not burning your hand when holding it.

Nice set, you get everything that you need to enjoy mate to the fullest. Product is high quality, plastics don't have a nasty smell

Product is good however, the cup has come with a dent in it....

It is great easy to use, it is more conviniant to use it for mate tea then the other ones with normal leads. I got miself a flask bag also, So Where I go I just put on my shoulder the flask and use it on the go...
