Osho is definitely one of my favorite authors. This book is set up in a question and answer format, which for me, makes it easier to read. Osho's ideas are revolutionary, yet make sense and don't require much faith to accept. This book discusses the largely misunderstood topic of emotions, which my wife and I found very helpful (we read it together). Emotions aren't something we should supress (men have tear glands, and therefore, were mean to cry sometimes), but they're also not something that should rule us. Emotions play a big role in many relationships; men seek to supress theirs, while many women are ruled by their own. Both would do well from balancing the two, and this book can help you do so.I wouldn't suggest this book, or probably any of other Osho's books, if you're strictly religious. I would recommend this book only to those with an open mind, a strong sense of self, and who are seeking enlightenment. In my opinion, Osho is not for everybody. While his teachings are universal, the straightforward manner in which he speaks would offend some.

No doubt Osho has a unique insight and timeless wisdom.The book explains what emotions are and how to let them be.Lot of focus on socalled bad feelings and clearly from eastern traditions and background.Few exercises, and a lot of fluff and repetition in this transcription of verbal speeches.However definetly worth the read
