Useless and no tags to prove the size!

Firstly I ordered a L size and it wouldn’t fit my husband so this was our 2nd order and I ordered an XL and it’s worse than the L size. It doesn’t even have a tag that says it is an XL size! I have contacted the seller and now I have 2 hats that don’t fit sitting in my house which has costed me £23 in total!

Poor quality knock off

XL hat ordered, smaller size sent, with no size or washing instruction tag. There were sufficient differences from my current kookaburra hat that I questioned it’s authenticity. Hat returned.
