Since it is a custom built house, this was a good opportunity to really shine. We had bought an upgrade vanity and this mirror was the perfect choice to go along with it. It was an easy install, as the company provides templates to drill all the holes (3 of them if I remember). Although I didn't install it myself, I was there when the 'official hardware installer' was doing it all. But I love the mirror. The only thing I would add is a small foam insert or rubber insert behind the top of the mirror to stop it from rocking. Also, you might have to be a little careful when cleaning the mirror. But apart from these, it's great. I am going to see if I can upload a couple of pictures. The included template made installation a breeze. I would love it if this could be offered in a full-length version also! I would put one in our guest bedroom and one in my dressing area if it were, to get a full-length view when I'm trying on outfits.
