Tuli's Classic Gel Heel Cups, Cushion Insert for Shock Absorption and Plantar Fasciitis and Heel Pain Relief, Made in the USA, 1 Pair, Large

We bought these for my son who is a baseball player and was having heel pain. Fit perfectly into his turfs and cleats and he felt relief after using these. Would highly recommend.

This is my third pair of Tuli's Heel Cups, and these are the best choice, in my opinion, to allow you to wear them in high heels or pumps without taking up too much room in your shoes. I've bought two pair of Tuli's Heavy Duty heel cups (one in the green flex material, and one in the clear gel material), and, in an effort to find a set of Tuli's Heel Cups that wouldn't take up quite as much room in my pumps as those do, I ordered a set of these Tuli's Classic Heel Cups. They're JUST what I needed! These heel cups are not as thick as the Heavy Duty heel cups are, so they don't thrust my heels up quite as high as those do, and they still offer effective weight redistribution via their waffle weave design that my doctor specifically required any heel cups that I buy have. I've also completely ignored Amazon's Tuli's Heel Cup page specifications that suggest that you order by weight; don't - I'm over 175 lbs., and the "weight" suggestion steers you towards what will most likely be too large a heel cup for your needs. I ordered "regular", which are supposed to be for customers UNDER 175 lbs., and the regular size fit my size 9 1/2 women's shoes perfectly. So, go by cup size, not weight specifications. Overall, these heel cups are great for fitting into dress shoes, without pushing your feet up too high out of said shoes. I still plan on using my Tuli's Heavy Duty heel cups for dress shoes with greater depth, or any athletic shoes that I have, but these Tuli's Classic heel cups are great for dress shoes that don't offer a lot of extra room in them. Now that I've got a pair of Tuli's heel cups for every shoe style I might wear them in, I think my feet are fully ready for each work week!

These are okay but not so much if you have wide feet... but if you need a lot of heel cushioning they are worth getting. Make sure you put it under your insole and it does help with pain relief quite a bit but like I said if you have wide feet you kind of have to wear it in a little bit.

Yes they did but a little crowded with using with orthotics

I used these all summer (when shoes permitted) and I swear my heel is way better. Works better in boots and sneakers of course.

I tried these heel cups and I can't recommend them. I have minor heel pain and my doctor recommended trying heel cups. Within a minute of walking with these in my shoes, my heel pain was worse than ever. The underside of the heel cups have a honeycomb like structure that is hard and I think this is what was causing my pain. Your mileage may vary but remember that Amazon won't let you return these.

Fanno il loro lavoro, per quel che le talloniere possono servire per la prevenzione della tendinite dell'achilleo. Personalmente non so quanta efficacia abbiano, le uso e male non fanno... il problema ovviamente non l'ho risolto con queste ma attraverso specifiche terapie ma dicono che aiutino.

Found the product to be very helpful, suffering with Achilles tendonitis and plantar fascitis, lifts the heel and provides good shock absorption making walking less painful.😊
