If you hit it with a 5.56, it won't take it very well. Though it was fun to see all three pigeons explode simultaneously.

Overall fun item to use on the range. I purchased the “high caliber” set. The initial set had a defect and customer service was excellent and got me a replacement no issue!! The metal itself does not fare well with direct hits of any kind. I wouldn’t recommend greater than a 9MM honestly. You can shoot higher but even with just. .40 it split one of the holding bands. Can probably work it with some pliers and tape. Another issue is sometimes even if you hit one but also graze the stand all 3 will drop. Unless you’re a marksman just know they may not last long. Overall I’m happy with the purchase mainly with the customer service and it is fun for, precise, low caliber plinking at close range. (Wouldn’t trust long range high power rifle if the wind catches it and this thing takes a high powered round, game over haha

These are fun and work well with handguns. My son cut one in half with a rifle. We will probably use them with handguns from here on out.

These hold up very well. I have put them up against 12 gauge and 9mm fire. Absolutely great product for shooting stationary clays. Very durable.

I haven't taken these out to the range yet, but when I received them, I examined each one and found weak points in the welds.. the holders for the pigeons aren't holding it steady, with a gust of wind or a direct hit, all 3 seems like they would fall if hit..I bought the 10mm ones and I was assuming that it'll be a little thicker than what these are..I can't do a full review because I haven't taken it to the range yet, but I'll update the review once I do, hopefully it holds up even with these weak points, I don't want to keep buying a bunch of different targets and stands..

These are very high quality, heavy gauge clay pigeon holders. They look like they are going to last a very long time. I also like the fact that they are AMERICAN made by Americans. I love supporting things made in this country. I will be looking through the rest of their catalog. But back to the quality--very high, definitely worth the price and the welding is solid on these.

These are stands and yes if you shoot them they will break as with any target stand. Surprisingly it handled a 9mm bullet and I was able to bend it back into place. If you want them to last you gotta be accurate otherwise they’re single use if you hit them. If the feet are not properly in the ground they will wobble and your clays will fall off but, if they’re in the ground well, they will hold clay well. They’re lots of fun, just be accurate, ain high and avoid shooting the actual stand and you’ll be good. Can’t say much more, it gets the job done.

We bought a cheaper version of these last year and they had lots of issues. These are a noticeable improvement. Stronger metal. Easy to assemble. They clay pigeons fit with ease and are stable. The poles also are sturdy. Only negative ( depends on the distance and preferred angle) they are a bit short , especially after you put them in the ground.

Took the Tri-Tower Holders to the range this past weekend and was quite impressed. We were shooting at 50 yards on this range day. The holders held the clay pigeon tight, to the point where I was shooting out the centers of the pigeons with my .22 and all that was left was a donut shape disk, after I got my rifle sighted in of course. For clarity, I used a red dot and my buddy had a scope. Now getting to the “But” in the review…my advice would be to use these Tri-Tower Holders with the smaller caliber toys. After my buddy switched to his 9mm rifle (with a scope) I ended up with some bent (or mangled) branches on my holders, it could get quite costly if you do this often. I’d say limit the caliber to .22 or bring a buddy that has 20/20 vision or a better scope.

Garbage for any firearm. Use with bb guns nothing else. First 22lr grazed the metal and destroyed it entirely.
