continues to freeze and is not user friendly. upon adding items the system crashes constantly

This is the worst Software I have ever come across. It doesn't function Freeze a lot The tool is not easy Its bottom line is just waste of money...

This product is useless. It crashes every time I try to add a plumbing fixture. Don't waste the money

I am so unhappy, unhappy I didn't read reviews for buying this JUNK! NON-REFUNDABLE!!!! Every time I open the program it shuts down or freezes. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Felt like a 20 year old program that should have been discontinued a LONGGG time ago. Waste of money. Options within program were limited, you could not even move objects at an angle. For example, a backyard fence cannot be placed on an angle, only vertical and horizontal. And the 3d renderings did not look at all to scale, which defeats the whole purpose of having them.Trash.

I was trying to draw a simple diagram to show fencing lines and where I wanted pavers. I spent a lot of time fumbling to get the property lines lined up and connected. After finally getting the cedar portion drawn I started to draw some ornamental metal fencing in only to find out they didn’t have a gate to match in their library. I finally gave up due to a deadline and drew it on paper freehand. Sorry, but I felt the software was a waste of $49.

When I looked at the software site what was listed had far more attributes than the software that was provided. It's bad enough that it's pretty much a direct copy of Home designer but without the same functionality that software had three years ago. I should have known when they were not available for support.Maybe this company is on it's way out?Anyway, don't make the same mistake I did.Wonder how you resell a download.

I could not fully download this software because my software protection prevented 2 viruses & 1 unauthorized change to my computer. And of course, you can't return or get refunded.
