Game-Changer for Busy Moms!
The Medela Magic InBra Hands-Free Wearable Breast Pump has been an absolute lifesaver. It’s comfortable, discreet, and truly hands-free, which makes pumping so much easier to fit into my day. I love how it fits right inside my bra without feeling bulky or awkward, and the suction is powerful yet gentle—very similar to Medela’s hospital-grade performance. It’s also surprisingly quiet, which is perfect for pumping at work or while caring for my baby. Cleanup is simple, and the parts are easy to assemble and wash. I’ve noticed great milk output without sacrificing comfort, which is huge for me. If you’re looking for a reliable, high-quality wearable pump that gives you freedom without compromising performance, this one is absolutely worth it. Highly recommend!

Glitchy from day one, but still the best pump.
First of all, this thing has glitches. They might even start from the first time you use it. Why am I still giving it 5 stars? So far, glitches are all they are, and they're manageable. The comfort of the breast shields on this pump is by far the best I've experienced, and the suction is on par with a hospital pump, even when it's not plugged in and running portable. I have a large chest, so the rims of pump shields will invariably cut into my breast tissue; these have a soft rim, so it's more comfy than others. The kit also comes with two sizes of flanges, the second being a smaller size instead of a bigger one (like a Spectra comes with), so that's a plus for me, since I need the smaller flange. The extras are nice, like the little bottle holder and the freezer pack - I've definitely used these. The pump is overall quite portable and I can generally pump at least twice without charging it, which I don't usually do, because of the glitches. Which I'll go into now. The glitches seem to be related to the power cord or the connection with the cord. You need to really watch when it's plugged in and make sure it's making a connection - you should see the little lightning bolt to indicate it's plugged in, and it should stay steadily lit. If it's not, you need to unplug it and replug it, mess with the cord position, whatever works. You will definitely see the thing come on with CALL on the display, indicating it's broken and you need to call customer service. If it's plugged in when that happens, unplug it, then turn it off. When you turn it back on, it should be fine again. If not, turn off again and back on again until it clears. It happens to me multiple times a day, from day one, but so far it hasn't been actually broken and I haven't had to really call. It definitely freaked me out the first time it happened, though. As long as the glitches stay mere annoyances, I'm very satisfied with this pump. It's as comfortable as pumping can get, portable, powerful even without being plugged in, and as effective as a Symphony. It takes a little patience sometimes, but it's overall very worth the price to me. (I paid for it, since I got a Spectra with my insurance, and this one wasn't offered.)

Love it!
I am obsessed with the Medela Magic InBra! It’s truly a game-changer. It’s comfortable, discreet, and fits seamlessly into my bra without feeling bulky or awkward. I love how easy it is to use and how it allows me to be hands-free while still getting great performance. The design feels thoughtful and high quality, and it makes pumping so much more convenient and stress-free. If you’re looking for something that simplifies your routine and actually works, I can’t recommend this enough!

Best Wearable Pump I’ve Tried!
I usually don’t respond to wearable pumps but this one is amazing! I feel like what makes this one different is the technology and the warm feeling it creates to help milk flow (a bit different than other pumps but I think this is what really helped boost my milk output!) The LED light is amazing for my MOTN pumps and making sure my nipple is aligned. I will say it has a lot of pieces to put together but once you figure it out, it’s not a big deal and it’s pretty quick to clean. Definitely would recommend to other moms looking for a reliable, wearable option that works!

This pump is INCREDIBLE! Super convenient, easy to use, and can be taken on the go - helpful as I already have a toddler so makes it easy when going around. The pump is quiet and the suction is very strong, no matter what I was doing. It is comfortable and I wore it pretty much anywhere, as it was able to fit in any bra I wore. The price is worth the reward and I would highly recommend this pump!

I purchased this pump as an exclusive pumper- this is my second baby and second time exclusive pumping. I am also a NICU nurse and am well versed in the pumping world. I wanted something hands free to be able to pump on the go and keep up with my first child. I pump 6x/day and have had it for 5 months now. Would I purchase this again as an EP? I dont think so. For intermittent hands free pumping now-and-then to supplement breastfeeding, I would say it would do the job. I find it has a lot of parts to clean and if you dont re assemble it perfectly you will often just have it shut off or not work. I have had so many issues with the pump not wanting to charge when plugged in, spontaneously just shutting off while in the middle of pumping or not having a good seal/suction and turning itself off. The app is too basic I find not giving any specific messages as to why errors occur, the estimated milk volume is totally off and lots of times it won't even Bluetooth connect. I also wish it would keep a daily tally of how much you have pumped etc like the other medela app (how come the apps dont communicate?!) The pump cant be charged when on, and you have no way of knowing what percent charged it is unless it is on and running in the app. Kind of annoying. Function wise, if they could iron out many of the kinks it would be a decent pump. The suction is good- almost too good! I pump on the lowest 2 settings. My milk supply increased once I started using this pump compared to my freestyle I was using before. If you regularly pump more then 150ml a session (if you have an oversupply) this pump would not be great as it doesn't warn you or anything its full and just leaks out. This wasnt really an issue for me as I only really have to watch for this with my first morning pump. After about 2 months of owning this and feeling frustrated, I phoned medela and the customer service was great I will have to say- they sent me an entire brand new pump on warranty. The same issues continue however. This is the first release of their hands free in bra pump and maybe after it being on the market a while, they will be able to tweak the issues and re release it with these fixed. Overall, it isn't a bad pump -when it works- its great- but there is so many things that are frustrating about it for exclusive pumping. I have been using it for about 5 months now, on my second set of pumps- I am likely going to wean soon so am toughing it out. For the price point I would expect better of the pump and the app. The convience is amazing though! I pump when bottle feeding, driving, doing the dishes, vacuuming, playing with my older child etc. In that regard it is life changing!

I initially wrote this: Like a watch that should tell me the time whenever I want instead of showing nothing because I forgot to charge it only for one day, a bump’s main function is to bump out milk when I suffer from baby not waking up, instead of telling me : please charge me for another one hour before using as you forgot to charge me🙄 don’t know why it is not possible to work on charging mode, but for me a bump’s main function cannot work whenever I really needed is a big disadvantage which can not be solved by all other convenient mode it brings. After one month of using it , my advice is simply don’t buy it. The design is such a failure that it asks a lot of effort to correctly install and it’s such useless that with normal / manual pump, I can easily pump at least twice what I get from this pump. Worst thing, the milk can leak from whatever degree that you can not imagine. In one sentence, don’t buy !
