BL17092N Professional Kitchen Sink Tap

I haven't found anything I dislike, love this tap, I purchase this tap and a large sink so I can shower my African grey in it

Looks substantial works

The item fits well and looks like good quality; however, the locking fittings are not great, I have used better fittings. The washer started leaking after a few days of use, and the customer service is very poor, with no response from the owner even after three months. I would not recommend this product.

Ridiculously fantastic quality, will have no issue recommending it to family/ friends. Husband said it was easy to fit

Looks good, fits nicely, has worked fine for about 3-4 months but now the sprayer sticks in on position constantly we end up have to turn off at the main tap leaving the spray always on, just very poor to only last that long before a fairly major, presumably design, fault kicks in. Not impressed even though at first I was. Also the top connection to the sprayer has a slight leak which was there pretty much from the start if it wasn't going to be a cost to get a plumber out etc I'd have wanted to send it back and get a different one from somewhere else :(

Quality say 8/10…works fine and shower head very useful…as long as all connections nipped tight…it works great.

Initially this tap worked perfectly fine (a slight leak from the spray head to the flexible joint). After about 5 months the spray nozzle started sticking in the on position, but could manipulate it to turn off. After about another 2 weeks, the spray nozzle is stuck in the on position and will not turn off. Having to turn the spray nozzle off by the main control.

Looks nice but requires balanced water feed. If not then cold water feeds back up the hot water feed. Had to buy non-return valve. Would not recommend.

Magnifique robinet comme sur la photo. assez facile à monter. super avec la douchette, le baladeur, économie d'eau car on oriente bien le jet. trois points de fermeture d'eau. design, pratique, de qualité rien à dire. pour relooker la cuisine avec le paiement en 4x sur amazon. arrive vite, très bien emballé dans un coffret de luxe.

* Un robinet très classe, un peu plus petit que les autres modèles, et il nécessite des raccords suppl. pour être branché. Excellent!

Robinet de cuisine de bonne qualité, pour l'installation besoin d'une petite aide : un qui maintient et l'autre qui visse en dessous.

J’ai commandé ce robinet en décembre pour un chantier de cuisine laboratoire. Mes travaux arrivant à la fin, mon plombai est venu l’installer ballon d’eau chaude et robinetterie. Mais impossible de viser les extrémités des flexibles sur des écrous libres de 1/2' ou 15/21, il y a un problème de filetage. Évidemment ma commande datant je ne peux pas retourner ce robinet qui est pourtant très beau. Le fournisseur m'a renvoyé de nouveaux flexibles après quelques échanges de mails. Je suis très satisfaite du SAV et de mon robinet après une semaine d'utilisation.

Gros problème lors de la mise en service, la douchette fui, après démontage de la douchette, les joints sont morts d'origine.
