such as the white CD envelopes an Amazon seller offers at a hundred for under five bucks. I didn't need the color in this instance, so I tried the cheaper product. It's like night and day. The weight of the paper, envelope design, and everything else about these color envelopes are just fine. You can use them for shipping inside a padded or hard cardboard envelope, and they work fine. If you want to take a DVD or CD in your briefcase for a meeting and then give it to someone there, again, fine, no problem. So these envelopes are good for storage, indexing and transport, whereas I would say that the cheaper white envelopes are not much use for anything but a storage situation where you are not relying on the envelope to provide much protection for your CD or DVD.

Finally, decided to try these vs. slim jewel cases for the music I burn for lots of people. The jewel cases turned out to be worthless, useless and the cd was not protected and never stayed in the case & hard to open and some cases just broke, upon opening them. These CD/DVD envelopes are just the ticket for me. Good quality and I like the different colors - even lines in the back to write in the music choices - although I already have a template on my computer to type that up and transfer it to this envelope. Very pleased!

These envelopes are more costly than the white ones, but for special purposes they are worth it. The envelope back has lines for writing labels or notes. The plastic window seems well applied making a useful sleeve for use or storage purposes. Very space saving for large numbers of discs. Previously used jewel cases, but paper sleeves save so much room I'm delighted. Good product, good delivery, highly recommend.

I purchased this product for my boyfriend's birthday and he definitely appreciated it as he needed some. I always buy him things he mentions during the year that he needs as I know he would buy them if he just thought of it!

The Quality Park DVD/CD sleeves work great, and are sturdy. I love the colors, plus they lines on the back if you need to label.

I love the bright colors of these- makes it super easy to keep everything organized.Will buy more of these!! So far, my favorite paper CD envelope I've tried.
