Very sturdy mailers.
Very sturdy for mailing nicely jacketed single CD's.

I didn't expect one side stick out
Once folded the one side is about half an inch larger than the box. That made it difficult to tape. It went through the post okay though.

Good enough for some home-made DVDs
Pros:- Comfortably holds 4-5 DVDs in soft plastic sleeves- Folds easily into shape- Only needs a small amount of sturdy tape for shipping (see images). Note that I’m shipping relatively short distances via USPS.Cons:- The lid overlaps the box. I used a paper cutter to remove (see images) for those situations when it was in the way.- The tab doesn’t fit easily or snugly into the slot

very poor quality
I couldn't figure out what would make the manufacturer cut the box in this shape, or why Amazon would sell it. This box doesn't fold into a proper mailing box--there is overhang by quite a lot, it doesn't close properly...it's bizarre.

Sturdy
If you buy music CDs online, you are well aware there is a good chance the plastic jewel case will be cracked or broken. I have used these mailers to send CDs to family and friends; the jewel cases were not damaged.
