Assortment of 50 flush head style hole plugs commonly used in a variety of professional applications in automotive sheet metal, heating and ventilating, and body shops and the garage. Attractive plug fits sheet metal up to 0.080 thick. Installs easily and securely. Made of durable black polyethylene material. Individually bagged by plug size. Each order contains 10 pieces 1/4” 5 pieces of each of the following 3/8” 1/2” 3/4” 1” 1 1/4” 1 1/2” 1 3/4” 2” For a total of 50 plugs. These plugs are for the size of hole they will fill. They heads are a little bit wider to keep the plugs from going through the hole. Please see images for what the plugs look like. These are designed for use in sheet metal and plastic to plug holes and will snap into a cleanly drilled properly sized hole of your hole is slightly oversized you may need some sort of glue or sealant to hold them in place. Review: Filled in Harley holes on fender - I deleted the turn signals from my Harley which left 4 little holes in the back fender. These plugs fit perfectly in those holes to give it a much cleaner look. For some reason I thought they were going to be more of a rubber material, but they are plastic. Just FYI.

**Q: Are the measurements the O.D. of the grommet or the hole they seal?**
A: It is the size of the hole they seal.

**Q: will any of these fit all other holes on a vehicle frame ?**
A: I doubt you could use them on a frame. They’re plastic and if the hole is thicker than sheet metal, they probably won’t fit.

**Q: can i use them to close conduit box knockouts?**
A: Yes but medal slugs are preferred

**Q: Is this item available in brushed nickel or polished stainless steel?**
A: We currently only offer this kit in Black. If you sand and prepare the plastic properly you can paint it.

These are made of hard plastic and are meant to only go in thin areas. They’re kind of difficult to use as the plastic does not conform as well as rubber would. I’d give it less stars, but the description tells you that they ARE plastic and they fit very thin metal. Can’t complajn too much there. However, as far as what they are advertised as- they do work, but just barely. Not a fan of these. I’d suggest finding rubber plugs instead of these.
