Edinburgh Hand Cut Glass 11oz Large Whisky Tumblers Set of 4

I bought these for my husband for his 30th birthday, having broken our previous crystal tumblers several years ago.He absolutely loves them! They are a nice weight and very well made. I don't know why whiskey always tastes better from cut crystal!Excellent customer service too - despite being very well packed, one of the glasses was chipped. No quibbles, immediately sent a replacement glass.

I ordered this as a birthday gift, when we open the parcel box, 3 glasses were broken, glasses are nowhere near to the quality of advertised product. Product quality is quite cheap, not a worth of money.I returned it through Royal Mail. It’s been a month, seller received the product, but they didn’t process the refund.I contacted the amazon customer support, Amazon has processed the it, didn’t receive any communication from seller.I wouldn’t recommend buying it, such a waste of money.

Unfortunately when this gift arrived one glass was broken. Amazing were excellent and refunded the full amount.
