My new favorite pliers
Needed to replace a set of pliers that I ruined. Found these Craftsman pliers and love them. Very comfortable in the hand. Feel very well built and expect them to hold up for a long time.

Coating flaking, but solid feel
They came looking like they've been worn and slightly used if not stored rough. Like paint flaking off metal. The teeth however show no signs of wear. So it's likely manufacturing decisions to use less than par materials for coating, as with most everything else made these days unfortunately. It's not like they won't get used, but I like to be the one putting the first scar on my tools. Aside from cosmetic they're built solid, jaws line up and they have a nice weight and grip to them. If they don't last, I will be back to update!

Very nice
I know lately people have been saying Craftsman products "arent what the used to be", but I must say these seem to be pretty high quality. The steel seems solid and durable, the grip is comfortable and they seem to be sturdy. I have nothing bad to say - seems like a nice pair of linesman pliers.

Great build quality
Great build quality. Better than I thought it would be. As a Craftsman Fanboy, I wish their stuff was American made, but it seems pretty decent.
