Blazing fast delivery! Great price, great phone
Just want to say that I purchased my phone from Tower Tech Shop who I didn't realise were based in USA. Regardless, I selected the free standard delivery and it shipped from New York in just two days! It was a day earlier than their predicted date range and delivered packaged very well by DHL with absolutely no damage or problems. It was a US version but came packed with a brand new UK official Samsung fast charger so no problems there (unlike some earlier reviews). Overall based on my experience I would definitely recommend this company. I was a bit skeptical as I've had issues when not buying direct from Amazon in the past but I was saving £110 on what is normally a £900 phone and I definitely don't regret it. I have no idea how they can sell at this price and still ship to the UK completely free! As for the phone... It's early days but so far I am loving it! I previously had a Samsung Galaxy S7 so the jump to this is very noticeable. This is a big phone but it's worth it for the huge screen which almost fills the entire phone and the controversial hole-punch camera at the front is barely noticeable about 95% of the time. Battery life so far seems great and the phone is definitely nice and quick. I will mention that I also bought an Urban Armour Gear case for it (highly recommend) as I had one on my last phone which I dropped countless times and it survived years without so much as a scratch. I still have a long way to go in terms of getting my head round all the new features but so far my highlights are the full screen YouTube experience, Bixby routines (very handy once you learn how to use them) and the superb camera options. I will aim to update this review further down the line but for now I would say if you are upgrading by a couple of generations of phones then you will definitely notice the difference. I can't say how much it is worth upgrading to this from an S9 or other brand equivalents but its early days and I can definitely see the potential. One very happy customer!

Brilliant phone, can't complain
Absolute dream to use, never really been a Samsung fan for phones and used OnePlus prior. I was expecting a lot of bloatware that I can't remove, but to my surprise there was none. Camera is excellent for my use, battery life is usually my main gripe with phones and without even trying to save battery life, I get tonnes of screen on time and rarely have to charge, once every 2 days for my use pattern with 7+ hours of screen on time. The headphones they come with are great too which I was surprised about (the AKG in-ear) Aesthetically the phone looks great, feels solid and well built, fingerprint reader at least on the latest software works 99% of the time, and I didn't add my fingerprint more than once. The only thing I miss from OnePlus is the dash charge, but fast charge isn't exactly slow so i'll live. Expensive, but worth it if you love technology and are in the market for a new phone.

EXCELLENT PHONE, BRILLIANT SERVICE
I spent a lot of time researching Samsung phones to replace my 6 year-old one, and settled on this one. I am delighted with it's appearance, functionality, quality - and great price. And Delighted with the seller who despatched very quickly, special delivery Royal Mail. 5☆☆☆☆☆. However, Royal Mail failed again! Tracking revealed it was despatched to Sheffield (delivery area) - then sent to Leeds(!), then back to Sheffield the day after. Not the first time Royal Mail have failed. However; service from seller, and product 10/10

S10+ One year on
I’ve used this phone since launch, for over a year now and these are my thoughts: 1. Design - The first thing you notice is how good the phone looks with minimal bezels, a curved display and a central, symmetrical camera bump. Overall this phone looks much better than the newer s20 phones. You’ll either love or hate the hole punch in the display, but the are the lesser of two evils compared to phones with notches. It feels premium to hold in the hand with the glass and metal body and it’s surprisingly light. 2. Display - Beautiful and sharp with this Quad-HD resolution. I recommend setting the display to natural mode so it’s colour accurate rather than over-saturated. The hole-punch and curved display edges are mildly distracting when watching videos in full-screen, I never fully got used to them. The phone only has 60hz refresh rate which makes it less fluid when scrolling or playing games compared to the newer phones out now that have 120hz displays, but this is not a major issue. 3. Camera - Versatile with 3 lenses. The main and the ultra wide are by far the most useful, the macro has much less use in day-to-day circumstances. The night mode is much improved from older samsung phones. The Dual selfie cameras perform well too, but there isn’t much difference between the two selfie cameras so having one would have been more than sufficient. All photos you take are automatically processed by AI to look more instagrammable e.g. the sharpness and contrast will be boosted up. This is a pro or con depending on your taste. For most people this is a pro as it saves you having to edit photos yourself, however many photos can appear over edited and I have to use my own editors to tone them down. 4. Battery - Lasts all day, no complaints. Easy to top up if ever needed with quick charge support. Wireless charging works with most phone cases. The battery on the s10+ Is better than what’s on the smaller s10s. 5. Security - Fingerprint scanner was terrible at first, just wouldn’t work consistently, then a software update mid-2019 fixed the issues completely for me. Works 99% of the time now even with a glass screen protector applied. I don’t use the Face-unlock as its less secure and not as consistent as Apple’s Face-ID in dark rooms. 6. Performance - I’ve had no issues with anything I’ve thrown at this phone - handles multitasking and gaming effortlessly. However it does overheat during long gaming sessions. This is as the UK and European versions of this phone got a processor Samsung make themselves to save money - the Exynos processor. In other regions like the US and Asia the s10s come with a more powerful Snapdragon processor that doesn’t overheat and actually extends the battery life. There is a headphone jack, and the speaker is loud and clear. 7. Software/features: All the benefits of android, it’s very customisable with features like widgets the iPhones have only just received. Samsung’s software is light with much less bloatware than they used to have. A pro-tip is to remap the Bixby button to something actually useful like launching your most-used app. A great new and underrated productivity feature they’ve just released in a software update lets you wirelessly share DEX mode to compatible TVs - this basically turns your phone into a mini desktop experience on a large TV without having to plug it in directly anymore. Verdict: My biggest gripes are I would have liked to have seen the Snapdragon processor included in the UK phones and a single, smaller selfie hole-punch camera to make the display more immersive. However, overall it’s a solid phone that’s a good value purchase I’d still recommend in 2020.

Amazing deal, genuine product, fast delivery .... I got this product with in 4 days, this phone is imported from Taiwan and some default application will be in Chinese or Taiwanese language such as browser and samsung pay , but that can be easily reset to english. Other than this there is no issue with this phone. Phone comes with standard American accessories along with additional Australian adopter. Very happy after buying this phone.

A me regge fgo senza lag.
