Great product for the price
Want an elliptical without spending a fortune? This is worth considering. It is sturdy, surprisingly so, and looks like it will last a typical home user for many years. It is quiet enough that it won't disturb other people in the house, even if you use it in the early morning. The LCD display is pretty basic, but is adequate and provides you with the most important information about your workout. People were saying that this could be put together in 45 minutes. Either some reviewers are lying, or I am really slow. Sunny does recommend two people put this together, and I did it by myself. I think if I were to put it together again, or I was someone who put these together for a living, it might taKE 45 minutes. It took me about 2 hours. Granted, I took my time, but you still need to identify parts and figure out where they go. The bolts and washers are attached to a plastic covered piece of cardboard, making that part easy, but some of the diagrams could be better, and if the individual components were labeled with stick-on tags, you might actually be able to finish in 45 minutes. Still, I have to say that the assembly was a lot easier than putting together a table from Ikea. Sunny has done a pretty good job of making sure the average person could put this together properly. Don't be put off by the task. After putting it together, I discovered that I was missing one of the trim pieces. I contacted Sunny online and left a message. To their credit, they responded and arranged to ship out the part, at no cost to me, within 24 hours of my message. Very good customer support. Bottom line: I am very pleased with this machine and would recommend anyone looking for an elliptical, consider this one. Update: I've been using this pretty much daily now, for 5 months and it still works great. It did develop a squeak where the right foot rest attaches to the machine. Tightening the bolts didn't make much difference. A simple fix was to remove the foot rest and put a strip of duct tape along the rail to keep the foot rest from rubbing against the metal rail. Then reinstalled the foot rest and the squeak is gone. It's whisper quiet again.

Great quality for price!
After reading some of the negative review stating this machine was loud, and seeing videos of it making a horrible "clunking" sound when using, I was very skeptical about purchasing this product. That said, because it did have a lot of glowong reviews, I went ahead and took the risk, and I am very hapoy that I did! The instructuons for putting the machine together looked diffutult at first, but as long as you closely read each step and follow it, you wont have any issues with assembly of the machine. It took me and mt partner about 2.5 hours to put together, but thats because we had to undo and fix a couple steps. After assembly, I turned it on and used it right away, and its actually very quiet. I would assume if it were not put together properly, or if a part was faulty, then that would likely result in the loud clunking noise that some buyers had with this product. I've used my machine about 5 times now, and its remained quiet and well put together. The wheels on the bottom make moving the machine very easy. The removable power cord is amazing because I have two cats that love playing with cords and other things they shouldnt play with lol. All in all, if you are skepitcsl about buying this product, I woukd encourage you to give it a try if you want a very decent quality elliptical, and don't want to spend a fortune on some of the more expensive machines!

Manufacturer Support is non-existent, but once you get a working machine it's fantastic
The first elliptical that came in the mail had issues, and given the differences in packaging compared to the second I believe I was sent one that had been previously returned. There were stripped screws, parts that took a lot of oomph to fit, and the biggest flaw was the preassembled mainframe was broken. There was little to no resistance when turning the pedals, and when the pedals reached a certain part there was a very loud clanking noise like some parts were hitting each other. You could feel this, and it would often completely stop movement. It was unusable. In big bold letter on the manual SUNNY requests that you do not return items and contact them first, but I advise that if you have problems you ignore this and contact Amazon. Their phone number was always busy and impossible to get through, and when I sent in an email support request the auto response informed me to expect to wait 7-14 business days for each reply. For email responses. Absolutely ridiculous. I waited a few days and contacted Amazon support, who also tried to get in contact with the manufacturer with no success. I was shipped a replacement and had to send the other one back. The replacement was perfect. No issues in parts, no weird cramming having to be done, no stripped screws. And the mainframe has proper resistance and is completely silent. It was significantly better packed for shipping as well. I am now using my very quiet, very very sturdy, nice elliptical machine and am very happy, and still have yet to get a response from my initial support request from the manufacturer. My advice - if it's not perfect, contact Amazon and send it back. If the manufacturer cares about losing money from returns of faulty machines, they should hire better support so there are not ridiculous wait times, and maybe not send previously returned merchandise as new. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 because of the support issues, the machine itself is perfect. :)

Poor quality, breaks easily, warranty is a joke, and so is their support
I wish there was an option to give zero stars! What a waste of money this elliptical was! I will never buy another Sunny product again and I hope neither will you. First, the computer started acting up shortly after I got it in Jan 2023. It would reset if I tried to paddle backwards. By July 2023, it stopped registering movement a few min into the workout and shutting down. I contacted their support and was told it falls outside the 180 day warranty. The support was a joke. The guy Carlos was trying to tell me it's a power supply issue. I had sent him the above video. Clearly the screen is on, I am moving and it's not registering the movement! After several attempts, Carlos finally agreed it was the computer. He offered to provide to me for free since I had been very cooperative, but it was out of stock. I waited until December 2023 to finally hear that it was in stock, but was old it would 1/2 off at $40 plus $35 for shipping! So we went from free to $75! I declined and started using it without it being plugged in. Then In March 2024 it made a very loud crack sound as I was using it. I found that the left lower arm bar had broken! See attached photo. It's rated for 300+ pounds and I am 183! I checked and the frame warranty was 3 years. I contacted support and I was told this part is not part of the frame and it's past the 180 day warranty! I didn't even bother checking the price of the part + shipping. I would be better off throwing this junk away and buying one from a reputable company that stands behind their products and doesn't hide most faults under is ridiculous 180 day warranty. What a disappointment. Do your self a favor and skip this piece of junk and Sunny as a whole.

Fabulous BASIC elliptical!
I'm a strength athlete who is very high energy and needs a form of cardio that is both low impact and won't be restricted by inclement weather. This is also just one of multiple pieces of a home gym in the making so it was also important that the product didn't break the bank. Instead of shelling out 60 something $ I had my partner put this together for me, which took about 3 hours (he's a slow poke so that's mainly on him). He said it's a steal for the price, well made and easy enough to put together. I should add that he has a strong background in assembly and that I would not reccomend putting it together yourself unless you're similarly credentialed . The very same goes for maintaining the machine which I'm sure will become a more relevant issue as time goes on. I read through many reviews before investing in this product and determined that I had the resources to mitigate each potential downside before purchase. As for how the product performs out of box - it's excellent! I'm 5"3 so the stride legnth is just right for my stature and the flow of the peddles and the handles is smooth - no sticking points. My only critiques are that the machine will freeze up after a few seconds of running in fat burning mode and that the calorie tracking mechanism in the machine overestimates calories burned. Neither of these issues are much of concern for me as I use the machine primarily for conditioning and can more accurately track calories burned using my galaxy watch. I will wrap up this review by stating that so far this machine has exceeded my expectations and I have not encountered any serious issues with it but will update this review if and when that changes.

5 stars after 2 years+ of use
I wanted to wait for the test of time to write a review and this one is worth it! I bought this elliptical in November 2020 and it has been a lifesaver during the pandemic and beyond. It came really quickly when other workout equipment were backlogged. I've used it 2 to 4 times a week for about 45-60 minutes each time for the last 2 years and it's still going as strong as day one. Very smooth and quiet operation. It's a comfortable stride (I'm 5'4") and the heart rate monitor is pretty accurate based on the smart watch I also use. Love the many different programs for working out to mix things up. I also set my own pace and resistance level when the mood strikes. I like it as much as the cardio equipment that were in my membership gym (though for about 1/8 the price, and of course not as heavy/sturdy feeling but that's to be expected). Assembly took more like 2 hours rather than one, but well worth it for the hundreds of hours of use. Does a great job of getting my heart rate up and giving me a sweaty workout. I'm in my 40s and after more than 2 years, am amazingly still injury-free from the repetitive motion. Just pop in my headphones and zone out for a while each week. Definitely 5 stars. Update Dec. 2023: okay, I now hear the loud clicking noise that other reviews talk about. It's very, very loud. I've tightened all screws and even took some things apart and retightened. No success. The noise is constant and could wake the dead. Seems to otherwise work fine but I have to retire this thing or risk suffer hearing loss. But I figured I've used it over 300 hours over the 3 years I've had it, so that comes out to less than $2/hour of use. Not bad, so I'll leave the 5 stars.

Exceedingly average elliptical
It does what it should, and works fairly well. However, it is quite noisy and tend to wobble a little while in use which can be really annoying. Will be fine if you can't cough up the extra cash for a better one and just need something that will get the job done but be prepared to deal with those issues.

Not a clothing rack !
I put this together at my leisure, but I did it myself and I am 68 years old so any issues were just my own dexterity and dropping the Allen key 100 times other than that they went together perfectly no parts were unmanageable for one person, two people yes they would’ve went together easier as to say goes as many hands make late work, but I didn’t have that choice. It moves smoothly and it makes me so happy when I get on it the elliptical was one of my favorite equipment to use in the gym and I got this one for a great price and I’m very happy with it and I love the programmable workout choices I was blessed to have my mother till the age of 93 so I’m going to honor her by keep moving like she did. She walked into her 90s on her own 2 feet and even she had an elliptical stepper machine so it’s something I look forward to doing every day because you have to move so even if I only do the elliptical in a day where I felt sitting might take over then I’ve met my goal :)
