Prime-Line C 1034 Sliding Patio Door Wood Pull, Chrome Plated Brackets (Single Pack)

It was very inexpensive. I was able to buy 1 for each side of the door for the same price I would have paid at Home Depot for just one side. Fits perfectly. Easy to install.

My house was built in 1974 and still has the original single-pane glass sliding doors. One of the metal arms holding the wooden handle to one of those doors broke. I didn't think I would be able to find a replacement because the doors are so old and the ones being sold today are mostly of the two-pane variety and share none of the parts the older ones had. So I was very surprised when I almost immediately during my search found this Prime-Line handle. It had the same measurements as my old handle and looked very similar, so I ordered it. It arrived a few days later and all I had to do was unscrew the old one and screw this new Prime-Line one right into place in just minutes. Comparing the old and new handles, I think this new one is even better than the original one. The two metal arms are thicker than the original the whole handle seems sturdier. The color of the wood is a little lighter, but that is fine. I think if this new one had been on the door originally back in 1974 that I would not have had to replace it, even though the old one did last for more than 50 years. This replacement handle from Prime-Line is worth every penny. Thanks!

Second unit bought. It worked flawlessly, well connected and easy to install.

I needed one new slider handle, but decided to get two so our two patio doors would match. Most handles I found cost more than I wanted to pay, but these were much less expensive. They are very sturdy and seem well made. Our glass sliders are quite heavy and take some muscle to open, so the handles have to be strong. They fit perfectly, but I used my old screws as the ones that came with these handles were too long. They look great and I love the modern look (my old ones were circa 1986). Can’t beat the price. I would recommend these handles to anyone who needs new ones, or just wants a new look.

Seems good. Bolt holes don’t line up with my door’s existing holes so...maybe I’ll use it for something else. Looks nice though. Measure before ordering.

My patio door requires a bit more effort to open in the winter and the extra pressure I applied broke the handle.
