I love this book, the cover, material is amazing! There’s even a pen holder in there so you can have access to a pen, even my clients love this book! They always compliment me when they see this and for some reason whenever they do, it makes them like and trust me more, carrying this around during showings, open houses, really shows how professional you are and take pride in your work. I love this book. I am actually gonna order every color lol.

Ordered this for real estate because it’s needed and looked professional but it is now ruined because upon delivery it got bent so it would fit in the mailbox. Very unhappy that I’ve practically wasted my money because the mail person didn’t care about other people’s stuff just to make it more convenient for them. Should have been in a more secured package like a box!!
