Caramels Squares Candy, Smooth Creamy Individually Wrapped, 2 Pound Bag

Was watching an Amazon Prime series called 'Hunters' and one of the characters was eating this...so what do I do? my need for instant gratification kicked in, and luckily my iphone was in my hand while i was watching tv... where else should it be..., so i went to the smile.amazon site (feel better about myself for my addition to online shopping if it can help a good cause), and ordered next day delivery of these sweet, delicious, savory treats. binge ate them almost as quickly as I binge watched 'Hunters'. btw, i almost forgot about the shipment, but luckily alexa reminded me... one last thought.... i almost put 4 stars (as opposed to 5) b/c i have to get my fingers a bit sticky when removing the wrapper and putting these in my mouth... amazon does not have a droid that can stand by my side feeding me amazon products while i watch amazon tv (at least not to my knowledge), so i could not blame the manufacturer for my sticky fingers..perhaps this is more of confession than 'review'.... any one with me?either way, love these treats. if there is one bit of redemption... i used these treats to break my 30 day sugar fast (was supposed to go 40, but i am proud of 30- was reading this book below by Wendy Speake.https://www.amazon.com/40-Day-Fast-Journal-Sugar-Bundle/dp/154090122X/ref=pd_lpo_14_t_0/135-2595616-6784303?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=154090122X&pd_rd_r=8253ba5a-3b2a-4038-9198-412c9274da0e&pd_rd_w=FCFbp&pd_rd_wg=RhG4a&pf_rd_p=a0d6e967-6561-454c-84f8-2ce2c92b79a6&pf_rd_r=9HDZ7KMWK6V4Q6RDK7CQ&psc=1&refRID=9HDZ7KMWK6V4Q6RDK7CQ

I love caramels and have since I was a child. So I went online to find some like the ones I used to eat while growing up and I found them in this product! Not the same but pretty close.When I received them, the bag felt hefty and at 2 pounds that's a lot of caramels at a reasonable price especially with free shipping (by Amazon) included. Problem is when you eat one, you can't stop so I ate a lot of them when I first got them! So when I could I ordered more and most of the time, they ship quickly except for one time when there was a brief delay (but inside the window provided).Only quibble is the wrapping. Square caramels with the clear wrapping traditionally isn't the easiest wrapping to unwrap. The wrapping here could use some tweaking to get to the caramels faster! So maybe that part but at any rate, the caramels definitely work and I've ordered them eight times on Amazon so far. Overall packaging is good.

Very good. Very good. However, they are individually wrapped and I found the wrapping difficult to remove. Don't let that stop you though as they are very tasty. Just FYI about getting the wrapper off.

$9.59 this is a small bag. 1.5 pound. Said. I could return. But now no. Cheaper at Walmart and very hard. Unable to bake with. Very disappointed.

Well my husband & I were amazed at how wonderful these caramels are. Soft with a buttery caramel flavor that is addictive. A couple with coffee, after supper, is our go-to instead of a slice of cake or scoop of ice cream. A little difficult to upen but boy they stay nice & soft to the very last one in the bag. Definitely getting more!

I'm not sure how they get by claiming genuine Kraft brand. Kraft always had their name on the wrappers and were easy to unwrap. Not so with these. If you can get them unwrapped, would probably taste good melted to desolve the sugar better.
