I purchased this set (17 pcs (Black) New Vision) for my husband's 45th birthday and I highly recommend it! The organizer and contents seem to be of very nice quality, heavy duty, long lasting, and there has been great attention to detail in the design of this kit. I love the sheen and fabric of the organizer and that it matches the organizers of their other products perfectly. I love the logo as well. Love that the microfiber cloth that has a scrubbing pad section for doing the dishes. And the little metal attachments to the handles of the cooking utensils to keep the area where your food has touched from touching the counter, picnic table, or work surface you lay it on. I love the size most of all. Just under 14 inches in length, this is perfect for transport for camping, picnicking, hiking, beach going, and bbqing. I've been gifted other bbq sets in the past that were simply massive (and no where near as well organized) and they just weren't practical due to the large size. Not easy to store or transport and were simply intimidating. This set is a good, compact size, lightweight, attractive, and sturdy set. The only recommendation I have for the manufacturer is to include better quality containers. I'm not a fan of plastic and would have preferred stainless steel. Also, the loops for the plastic spice jars was just too large, so the plastic containers included didn't stay in place very well. This was not an issue for me because I simply put my full sized Simply Organic french square glass spice jars in it and they fit perfectly. (The bag still closed beautifully despite the larger sized jars.) But I truly feel all stainless steel jars (like those sold in your other kit I purchased) are the way to go. I'm going to add a Bic multipurpose lighter, a wine opener, a small sheathed paring knife, and stainless steel straws to my bag. There is room to customize and add additional items. Otherwise, it seems to have everything I desire in it and was very well thought out, designed, and executed. I will update my review after it is put in use regarding how durable the set is, but first impressions are stellar. Will be back to buy more for others.

I purchased this utensils set for camping. The package arrived on time and was well packed with each item in it's own individual plastic wrap. As you can see in my pictures, the whole kit is in a nice case and each item in the kit has a specific place. I like this because if I miss to pack an item, I will know it. Now this kit is great for camping but for ultralight backpacking, it may not be the best. The utensils are stainless steel and very solid so naturally there is some weight to it. Overall, each item in the kit is very well thought out. I may be taking some items out that I don't use frequently like the scissors and replace them with other more common utensils. I also like the caribiner that I can use to hang this when not in use. For what this is, it is well made and priced just right.

Bought this as a compact kitchen set up for car camping and have been very pleasantly surprised with it. The case is convenient and compact, the materials aren't super high quality, but feel robust and well designed. The zippers zip well and there's plenty of extra space for other cooking trinkets and doo-dads. The utensils certainly need a wash when you receive your kit and for those wondering, the knife is a stamped rat-tail construction. It's cheap steel and not high quality, but it's very sharp and cuts well. For $30, you shouldn't expect any more. If you're a little particular about your knives, simply replace it with one you like better, the case and other utensils alone are worth the price and work fine for cooking over a fire. If this was for my home kitchen, I'd give it 3 stars, but given its purpose (camping), I give the kit 5 stars as it performs its task very well and is of an acceptable quality.

I haven't had the opportunity to use this set . After this weekend I will adjust my rate accordingly if need be. In the interim, it's a nice designated set to have when out camping. I'm a little unsure how the tongs will do, they are pretty short and I'm not sure how they will perform when over a hot camp fire while cooking. TBD. Update - Alright.... I've had a chance to use it... Several times. I tell you what, it's a handy little set to have. It works and that's all I need to know. I found others in my camp asking to use my cutting board and other items. We are a big family and go through a lot of cooking. While this set is convenient, I find myself needing something a little more sturdy. But it is a good set to use in place of your home goods.

Nice little set. Contains most everything you could want, though smaller than maybe full size household utensils. This actually was a benefit for camping though. Case is kind of wonky. Doesn't hold some items in place very well, but this is not a big deal. Overall I like the set very much.

I used my backpacking set this past weekend and I love it. It was sturdy easy to handle and the variety of utensils made me feel at ease. The cutting board was the best part and also the scissors. The knife was sharp I felt like I was at home cooking in my kitchen. I just love this 13 set backpacking kitchen utensils. The only thing I was not very happy about it’s if I was to actually go backpacking this set it’s a little too big. I just wouldn’t take it backpacking. Can definitely be used for a BBQ, camping trip etc but not backpacking.

I debated whether to splurge on this prior to our recent camping, but I am SO glad I did! All the utensils worked great and were easy to clean and store away. The knife was sharper and worked better than any of my kitchen knives (I think I need new kitchen knives as it was wonderful using this knife!). I love the storage bag- it's not flimsy at all. I also happen to like the stitched design we ordered. Super cute. This also came in handy when we ate a few meals in the hotel.

Perfect size for camping and for my stainless steel camping cooking set. I like that i have everything for camping in one portable zipped up bag and still have room to add more stuff. They look nice, too. Order ahead as it takes awhile to arrive.
