My wife is very crafty and I got her this as a gift about 2 years ago. It’s still working great and she uses it regularly for work and personal projects.

It has a European plug! would have been good thing to know before ordering it for a christmas present in America.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas 2020. You know you buy things for the wife that she thinks she'll use, but, then just sit and collects dust, well NOT this item. She is hooked! She has spent more time lately working on making masks, pictures, Stencils, you name it. This should keep her out of my hair for at least a couple of months, Only kidding. Her and the kids have been thinking up all kinds of things to make with this beauty. So, if your wife is looking to get her crafting on, look no furthur than this product. It does it all. She'll need a computer to hook it up to and be able to download blueprints and pictures to use, then she will be on her way. Gentleman, this is THAT one gift your crafter will adore.

This seems like good product. I bought this as a holiday gift for myself excited to set it up; only to find there was no USA outlet. I couldn't plug it in! I think this came from the UK and they didn't bother to put the right outlets for the customer! You lose two stars for that. Otherwise this looks pretty good. On the plus side, Cricket customer service offered to send me the correct outlet for free. (Not sure how long that will take.) Which is good considering how expensive this machine is. Just something to be aware of if you order this on Amazon.

I was fine with this product until I realize print then cut just doesn’t work with the machine. It keeps giving a sensor error and customer service is nowhere to be found. I bought this machine in June and was hoping to make much of it for the holiday season. It’s cutting up all my work. or spitting out errors

Reçu rapidement ! Pour ma part, la cricut est neuve, très bien emballée, et sans défauts/dommages. Dans la boîte il y avait bien le matériel présent dans la description (feutre pointe fine, câble USB, câble d'alimentation (et adaptateur), lame de découpe a pointe fine et lame rotative, ainsi que 2 tapis de découpe (lightgrip et fabricgrip)... Pour la livraison, tâchez d'être présent ! Dans l'ensemble je suis très satisfaite, et ravie d'avoir enfin cette découpeuse qui me faisait de l'oeil depuis des années pour tous mes projets !

Ik heb hem gekocht en ik doe echt heel veel mee (papier knippen voor mooie 3d huisjes, kaarten, stof knippen etc). Ik zou niet meer zonder kunnen.
