I love it! The design is clear and vibrant. It doesn't quite go all the way to the edges like the picture shows but that doesn't bother me. The design seems pretty well printed on there so I don't see how it would come off (as some people said). I washed it by hand twice today and wasn't exactly delicate and it didn't change at all. I would recommend for any Friends fan!

The Quality of the picture on the Friends mug could have been better. It's not a terrible product but I was kinda disappointed in what it looked like. This was a gift for someone and I don't have time to get something else so I'm gonna hope they like it for what it looks like. The picture is a little blurry. Wish it could have been clearer. Other than that it's a pretty good product.
