**Q: I am not sure which of the gelatins to order. Why would I select the the one with collagen Hydrolysate rather than the straight gelatin, besides the price?**
A: I replied to a comment as well re my doc upping my gelatin to 3x a day).  However when I first began I had to start taking hydrolysate before gelatin. My stomach couldn’t tolerate gelatin for a long time; though I need it I got stomach upset early on.
