Surprisingly Powerful & Super Versatile! I wasn’t expecting this to be this good, but wow , it packs serious power! The high-pressure jet blasted the mud off my Jeep tires in seconds, and switching between the nozzles made it easy to tackle different tasks. I really put it to the test on a recent camping trip. After a long day of hiking, I set it up as a shower, and it was a total game-changer. The water pressure was perfect—not too harsh but strong enough to rinse off dirt and sweat. The pause feature saved water, and the collapsible water bags made it easy to transport. Plus, my dog got a quick rinse with the pet brush nozzle, which he actually seemed to enjoy (a rare win!). The 45-minute battery life is solid, and I love that I can charge it in my car. It’s built tough but still easy to carry. If you need a reliable, all-in-one cleaning system for outdoor adventures or home use, this is it for sure

I love this. I've used it for over a year, but had to replace once already due to the battery stopping working. That was December , it's July and the same thing happened again. So I love it and it's great while it's working. It's also a little expensive compared to similar products but worth the investment as long as you don't have to continue replacing. Dec 3rd... I heard a loud pop in the other room twice. The first time I ignored it, the second I went searching for what it could be... I started smelling fingernail polish remover.... The smell led to this product with black smoke at the bottom. IT EXPLODED overnight while I was sleeping! Had I not heard the sound this could have been a serious fire hazard! I'm disappointed as I was charging it to use for work in the morning and now I need to replace again. I'm sure another brand has something just as good, I've just gotten so used to this one . I really like it when it's working. If I ever purchase again I'll definitely get the service/replacement plan because you will definitely need it with this . The battery is only good for 6months up to a year depending on how much you use it.

I use this product at the beach and worked well until it didn't. Customer service was very responsive and sent a replacement within a week. Pros: price, versatility, support Cons: reliability and water tightness. I think if the lid was sealed better it prevent water from sloshing around onto the controls on the face side of this unit. To prevent water from sloshing around, they provide two water bags that you can use while in transport and just pour the water into the unit. Alternatively, I'm experimenting with window weather seal on the lid to improve the seal. Update: there isn't enough window sealer on the planet to seal the lid due to the honeycomb construction... Water bags provided with unit work fine. As well you can heat them by leaving in the sun to warm the water up or keep hot water warm. Overall it's an excellent budget option to more expensive options

Was excited to receive this!!! Charged it up until the power plug light turned green, and it worked like a charm!! I thought we had a gem!!! Second day…powered it up until the light turned green…..then it was totally dead….switch the on switch to on and no power…..plugged it back in and got this speedy flickering red light, almost like there was a short or something…,initiated return……doesn’t seem like a reliable device if it can’t make it two days…….

We use this as part of our beach wagon so we can quickly hose-off after coming out of the ocean of when washing sand off our feet when leaving the beach. It has an internal battery so you just charge it up and you're good to go. Water pressure is surprisingly good and it comes with 3 different handles. Truly better than expected! The only downside, as noted by others, is that the water reservoir is not water-tight. Under the black lid is an accessory tray, about 3-inches deep and then below that you fill with water. While being moved around the water can slosh and spill over the top, which is no biggy but if you're transporting in a car it could spill a couple cups worth of water. Definitely not a deal-breaker. Also, it runs the motor to pressurize the line....then the pump turns off and will only turn on as needed. The motor does not continually run but only runs when needed, on demand....so this is GREAT!

I had the same issue as some other customers. The charger light flashes red and green during charge. I contacted their customer support and received a reply within several hours. They told me this was not unusual but if I wanted they could send me a new charger or I could buy a charger, provide them with the receipt and they would reimburse me. I continued the charge and after 3 hours the charger light remained green indicating a full charge. Since I will be using the as a shower on a camping trip I wanted to test it prior to the trip. Test: My unit takes 6 minutes to empty the bucket to just above the intake. I kept refilling the bucket and let the unit run continuously for 30 minutes (with the garden style hose attachment) then turned the unit off. I let the unit cool for 20 minutes then ran it again for 20 minutes totaling 50 minutes of run time. I let the unit cool for thirty minutes then charged the battery. Same issue with charger, the charger light was blinking red/green. After 2 1/2 hours the charger light turned steady green. I did the above procedure twice. The unit (except the charger light) worked flawlessly, very adequate pressure for a shower. I didn’t try the other attachments yet since I won’t be using them anyway. All components seem to be of high quality, it is nice to have brass fittings instead of plastic. I order most things on line and I was “extremely” impressed with the way this was packaged, you could tell a lot of care went into it which unfortunately now days is generally not the case. Even the small manual was very good with colored pictures and printing you could actually read without a magnifying glass. I think the price is a little high but compared to everything else I have looked at this is probably a good value. I would recommend it.

Product worked relatively well for occasional car hosing, included adjustable nozzles made for great balcony watering kit. Product however leaked from the bottom, so it was only for outdoor use and required a catch tray. Battery died after about 6 months of use therefore cannot recommend.

We purchased this portable shower unit about 6 months ago. We have seven grandkids from 12 months up to 5 years old. After the beach we shower them all down with shampoo and soap and have never had a problem with the pump battery running out, and the kids all arrive home clean. The shower head, although a water saver, still gives enough pressure to wash very adequately. I am writing a review now because the shower head became clogged with calcium or sand like any shower head would. It stopped working. I sent a message through Amazon to the sellers asking if I could buy just a shower head, and they responded within minutes that they would send one free. I had a back and forth with them three or four times within 15 or 20 minutes. They were so kind and extremely polite. They troubleshot everything just to make sure that the shower head was all I needed. I just got home today, about 3 days after they said they would ship me the shower head, and it arrived already. It works great. What kind of company does this! An amazing one, I would recommend the product and the company to anyone. Just one note on how to use the shower effectively, you should take hot jugs of water so you can refill the shower as necessary, I bought on Amazon four two and a half gallon jugs. I put hot water in them and three or four hours later the water is still slightly too hot for the kids so I have to hold the shower head back away. Everybody at the beach is amazed that we have our own hot water setup.
