Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer with Pouring Shield KSM150PS, Aqua Sky

I have been saving this in my wishlist for YEARS! When I seen the price this Black Friday I had to get it. So far I have made a dozen loafs of bread. I did buy upgrades from Mr.Mixer to make it perfect. It was well worth the money. I did have an issue with the paddles jumping up and down while mixing so I got an upgrade to fix that. My old one was purchased in 1991. It worked perfectly until it was dropped about 4 ft and hit a cement floor and cracked the housing. I am looking forward to the beautiful appliance last and working as well.

A gift for my daughter, a good cook. Every good cook deserves their own KitchenAid mixer. She loves it. It is so sturdy and quieter than I thought. Definitely recommend for all kinds of cooking.

I cannot say enough how much I LOVE LOVE LOVE my KitchenAid. I have been wanting one for years, and finally decided to get one a month ago. I don't know why I waited so long, it has revolutionized how I cook and bake. I read all the reviews, and went back and forth on whether or not to buy the Professional Series or the Artisan, and I'm so glad I went with the Artisan. I bought it in Aqua Sky, which is a gorgeous color, and that turned out to be the hardest part of buying - what color to choose! I've had it for nearly a month and have used it to make cakes, cheesecakes, meatballs, quick breads, and have had no issues whatsoever. I thought if I went with the Artisan, it might not be big enough but it is more than enough to do what I (and a typical household) need. It cuts work time in half - not just in preparing the food, but the cleanup time as well. The hardest part once I got it was getting it out of the box - it is heavy and awkward to do but after that, the setup was quick. Read through the manual first to get aquainted...I learned the hard way that the lock needs to not be moved while putting the top part up or down (scratched the finish a tiny bit). It fits under my cabinet, even tilted back, and I have it on a thin, plastic cutting mat so I can easily slide it out to use, even as heavy as it is. There have been no negatives - it's not loud (to me), it's extremely functional, it's easy to clean so that you can mix a meatloaf and then a cake within just a few minutes. I love the coated paddle beater and have used it the most. Don't even think about buying a different brand, KitchenAid is the best one. Unless you're a professional chef or baker who needs a larger (than what a typical household would use) capacity mixer, you will not go wrong with the Artisan. Buy it!

Have used this mixer once so far since I recieved it a few days ago, and I absolutely love it! I don't know how I've managed to survive all this time using only hand beaters. Just can't believe how easy this mixer is to use, literally just dump the ingredients in and let'er rip! I barely even had to scrape down the sides with a spatula while I was making my cookies. I got the Aqua Sky colour, which is GORGEOUS and absolutely everything I was hoping it would be. It's a vibrant light blue without being too loud. It arrived in perfect condition- no scratches, nothing out of order. It was packaged very well, as it was encased tightly in styrofoam to prevent any bumps or dings. It's also super sturdy, and not as heavy as I thought it would be (which is awesome as I can move it around pretty easily). The attachments are all phenomenal quality. I will say that I read the reviews about the gray polish coming off the inside of the bowl, and when I was unpackaging I got some of the gray on my hands, so this is definitely a thing. But I just did what a previous reviewer said and washed it with bar keeper's friend (which is another amazing product that will change your life)- okay I was a little paranoid so I also scrubbed it with salt... And boom.... no more residue on my hands and, most importantly, no residue at all in my dough! Overall, I freaking love this mixer and I'm so happy that I decided to purchase this. I can tell it's going to last a very long time and it's going to make my life so much easier.

Love love love my kitchen aid. My neigbor gave me one b years ago and I dropped and broke it. This one is larger and beautiful color b to match my turquoise colored kitchen. Kitchen äaide is so worth the price but had $200 off on sale!!!! Cab make anything, bread cakes and so many attachments to buy to make pasta etc! Sooooo worth the price. My friend has had her s 24 years. The one I dropped was at least that old!

KitchenAid is the tops when it comes to stand mixers. You can't beat the quality or their stellar customer service. My first KitchenAid stand mixer was mom's. As a professional chef, she'd used it for 30 years. She gave it to me and it needed some refurbishing so they shipped me a box for $5 (since I didn't have the OG box). I shipped it to them at no cost to me. They went through it with a tooth comb and shipped it back. The refurbishing charge was only $30! I have been a KitchenAid user ever since. I have the 8 quart big mama (which I love) but wanted something a little smaller for everyday use in my kitchen. I took the leap and decided on the aqua color. She's a beaut! The only thing I'd like is the model where the bowl drops rather than the head lifts, but that's minimal. I grabbed it up during the Black Friday sale. I've owned my 8 quart for many, many years with no issues. It's a workhorse. I can make a recipe for 8 loaves of bread no problem.

La compré cuando estaba en súper oferta y en seguida la puse a funcionar. Es perfecta!! Me ayudó bastante a hacer mis primeros cupcakes y quedaron fabulosos. Viene únicamente en la caja del producto, no viene dentro de otra caja. Llegó 4 días antes de lo previsto y el color es tal como el de la imagen, solo que tome la foto en un día algo nublado.

Love my Kichenaid mixer. A large number of speeds. Convenient to tip up the mixing hook out of the way, so it's easier to add more ingredients. Mixes well although you do at times need to scrape down the side of the bowl. It makes mixing cookie dough really easy. The turquoise colour is perfect in my kitchen.

Works great, wife loves it. Basically a kitchen appliance version of a tractor. Do you research on the colors, Kitchenaid makes this unit in at least 6 different blues. There are good YouTube videos that will help you differentiate.

I have a 5qt red mixer for over a year now . I bought a light green of 5qt from Amazon for my friend and she loves it. I m happy with quality of the products. Really nice for making pastries, also lots of option for attachments.
