How do we know what year’s flu strain this product is made from? It doesn’t say anywhere in the description like in the Washington Homeopathic one.

Have always taken Washington Homeopathic, too. According to what I’ve found online and read here this is good for 2019 flu season. Average dosage I’ve read is 5 pellets once weekly. Always took 6 pellets of Washington Homeopathic once monthly and neither my husband or I got the flu the 10 years we took it.

The printed expiration is usually 5 years from manufacture. When you get your tube reach out to Boiron and give them the expiration date printed on the bottle (month and year) and they'll tell you if it's made from the current season's flu strain. You can return these if it's not the current year.

Note, a new strain is not always made every year, it really depends on what flu strain is anticipated. And this is just a guess every year as determined by the NIH or NIAID (I believe) which is how the flu vaccine is also determined. Sometimes it's the same strain as the previous year. Some people report using whatever strain they have as being effective also. 🤷 But you decide. I take my old bottle until I get the latest strain. You only need to take these once a week for about a month, then you can switch to monthly during flu season which generally runs from Fall to early spring. (Unless you've been exposed, then you can take a dose immediately, and for several days.)

BTW if you start to feel something coming on, taking Aconite 200C along with Bryonia 30C every hour or two until symptoms cease can be effective in warding it off quickly. Take each remedy immediately following the other. This is a Banerji protocol.

Most tunes have an expiration date on side of them.
As long as they are stored in a cool space and not carried in purse or kept in hot car they are usually good for several years.

The date is printed on the side of the container.  If it isn't shown in the pic, you can ask the seller or search for another seller, who does show it in the pic.
