Everything works well after using it everyday for 8 months. I wouldn't say this product is super strong due to lots of moving parts in it, and you need to be somewhat careful when it is plugged in because there is already stress on it due to its own weight. Also another potentially vulnerable part is the 2 pronged European plug because of its length and lack of support. When I bought is I was under the assumption that you could use the two usb ports at the same time as the regular converted wall plug, but it is either one or the other. However, having two usb ports are super handy and that what I use it for 99% of the time Also, when you are using the usb option, the "logo" and trim around the front lights up. Its not too bright, but can be kinda annoying if the outlet is right by your head when you sleep. It's never effected me, but it might for those who need complete darkness. Overall I would buy this product again.

Does the job although it has a very bright light when plugged in which can be very annoying.

Bought this for my step dad for his trip to Thailand. He said it worked great and had no issues whatsoever. For those who are world travelers on a budget, this thing is super compact compared to its competitors and seems to have decent reliability.

THE USB PART NEVER WORKED. NOT EVEN ONCE. POS.I was in Israel and India, the main part of the device (the part that plugs into the wall) worked the entire trip in both places. I was gone for a summer and it was great to have electricity. That doesn't make up for me not getting what I paid for, though. No love.

I just returned for a trip to the UAE and Nepal and found this an extremely handy converter to have with me. Even when I was I. The same country, I found that the plugs were not always the same-- some use three prongs while some seem to prefer the two prongs-- so having the various options in one device was very handy. If one plug didn't work, I simply tried another. This will definitely be part of my travel gear for every future trip out of the country. It's very compact and doesn't add a lot of pieces to keep track of as you pack and repack your bags!

OK, this is a great LIFE SAVING (in terms of using electronics in foreign country)... this is excellent. Cannot recommend this enough!
