Hands down, this is one of the best investments I've ever made in my health and fitness. I already knew I liked vibration plates, because I'd used one in a gym before. As soon as I found out I could get one for home, I did my research and settled on the lifepro Hovert 3D. This is a heavy duty machine, so it's got some weight to it. It wasn't anything I couldn't handle, but it was reassuring that I was buying something that would last. It took me maybe ten minutes to get it set up, and that's because I insist on reading all instructions. It's truly a piece of cake to get started. If you're reading reviews, you probably already know about the most common benefits of vibration plates, so I'll only share one. Honestly, I'm only sharing it because it's one most people won't talk about and something that caught me completley off guard. I've dealt with mild incontinence for a while. It's frustrating and embarrassing. While using my Hovert, that issue went away entirely. It turns out one of the benefits is strengthening the pelvic floor, which helps with incontinence (at least in women, don't know about men). I hadn't realized it was helping like this until I'd been without my plate about a week. Which brings me to lifepro, the company, and why I say it gets five stars. I'd been using my Hovert only a few weeks when we had a freak flood. Water is about the only thing lifepro doesn't warrant against, but I emailed them anyway to ask if they thought there was anything I could do to save it. Honestly, I was expecting them to tell me it was dumpster food, but once they saw how recently I'd purchased it they offered to send me a replacement instead. They did, and they did not require me to return the damaged plate. I was completely blown away, am now totally sold on lifepro products, and am telling everyone I can about what a wonderful company they are to work with. You just don't see this type of service anymore. They have several different vibration plates, I suggest you compare them and decide which is best for you. Then make the commitment to actually use it. I've only just started doing a few exercises on it, but I always step on it first thing in the morning to wake up my body, and again when I get home in the evening to release any stress from the day. On those rare occasions that I have trouble settling down at night, I'll even push a chair up to it and just let it run with my legs on it. I love it!

I’ve had this for about 3 months and I do really like it! It has helped me a great deal with my lymphatic issues! That was my main goal for buying it….. however it also helps me relax after a busy day or just to be calm, reflect and pray in the morning.

This is a really sturdy and has lots of features. I have only had it for less than a week, and I already am feeling like it is helping loosen up my shoulders. There is still a lot to learn, and I am having a bit of a time understanding how to get the level on everything at once. The most irritating thing is that I wanted to go see the videos and helps on their website, but it would not let me go there until I left a review. I wasn't really wanting to do a review until I had something to say that had some history behind it and understood a bit more how to use it. The remote control is not very effective, but that is ok - it is good for me to have to bend down and use the console. Overall, I am really pleased with this purchase - I may leave a review later, when I have more specifics and results to share.

So far so good! We have only had our LifePro Hovert for a week but it has already provided an enjoyable way to get some exercise while de-stressing. I like the massage effect and the fact that I can easily do a 10 min workout at home (YouTube has some great ideas). The larger size is desirable as it provides more exercise options. The preset programs on the remote control are a helpful feature. The vibe plate is functioning at a level that surpasses my expectations.

I LOVE THIS MACHINE! I have MS & I wish everyone with MS could use this machine. I don't know exactly how it helps, but I promise you, it helps my balance, it helps my muscles, it helps my coordination, it helps my spasticity, and it helps with my strength. I definitely feel better after I have used it. Even if it's just once or twice every couple weeks. It's 100% worth the money if you have multiple sclerosis like me. 5 stars.

This Vibration Plate Machine is my first experience owning one. I have had it less than a week and have used it twice . I must say so far i am very happy with it's quality and efficiency! It is also a quiet machine. It is very heavy to lift so I hope this is also an indication of a well made machine. Lifepro was recommended to me by a friend who has one and they are very happy with it.

Just got it. It was easy to set up and jump right on. The user manual isn't too lengthy and I like the preset programs. Hopefully it helps with my circulation and done density.

I ordered a LifePro Hovert 3D Vibration Plate from Lifepro through Amazon and got it on December 7th. It is now January 5th. When the product arrived, the remote was crushed. Apparently, the company is used to things like this happening because they had a notice in the box telling you what to do if something was damaged, which is great. I contacted them right away for a replacement remote. However, I have been in contact with the company now for almost 1 month and although I have spoken to 6 "Happiness Specialists", that's what they call their customer service people, I have still not even gotten a tracking number for the replacement remote and my requests are still not "processed" through their system. Today, a Happiness Specialist informed me that they cannot ship via USPS to a box, even though 4 other Happiness Specialist before her said that they can. Another Happiness Specialist emailed me today, after one month of communication with them, and asked me for my full name again. Thank goodness I have an extended return window from Amazon and can return the product if they do not fulfill their many promises to get me a new replacement remote. I am considering if it is worth keeping this product. Working with their customer service is so cumbersome and they just seem so incompetent. If it is taking this much time and effort to just get a replacement remote, with them knowing that I can return their product if they do not get it to me in a timely manner, I wonder what would happen if I didn't have the right to return their product and needed help with something more serious? UPDATE: It is now February 4th. After I posted this review and processed my return with Amazon, Lifepro customer service contacted me. I was upset at first because I thought they were scammers. I had asked them to stop communicating with me and they did not stop. After a few rounds of communication with them, I realized that they were trying to apologize for what happened with my remote request and wanted to make it right. It took them almost another whole month to make it right but they did. They reimbursed me for my original purchase and sent me a whole new LifePro Hovert 3D Vibration Plate with a working, not crushed, remote for FREE. I am only leaving their review at a 1 because I want others who are looking at reviews to see how this initial 1 star experience was resolved. I would now give them 4 stars Although this companies customer service is cumbersome to deal with, they do care about making things right for their clients. For that I would give them 4 stars, minus one for the cumbersome customer service experience. Since people who purchase often look at 5 star and 1 star reviews, I am leaving this review in the 1 star section, so those who are trying to make a decision about purchasing can see what this company will do if you are unsatisfied and what it may take for you to get your complaints resolved with satisfaction. I was pleasantly surprised by their efforts and would recommended them as a company.
