The only thing it doesn't cover is detailed recommendations on how to source candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, social media, etc. Review: Every technical recruiter should read this book!!! - The information is structured well and while definitely a medium difficulty read for those who are not technical, the author does a good job of fully explaining the concepts behind the technology. The book, while written with the recruiter in mind, is very beneficial for the salesperson as it references hiring manager engagement throughout. One of the aspects I find most beneficial is that after the author explains a technology and associated technical roles she provides some really pertinent sample questions to ask candidates and goes on to explain why those questions are so important.
