I was a little skeptical about these as I typically use the gel packs that you "freeze" and then place. Well, color me impressed! These are absolutely a world apart from Gel Packs and I will never go back. Some advantages: 1. Did the cool run out? Put in some more ice! With gel packs, the cool last only ten minutes or so (because there is no phase change, duh), and then you need to put em back in and wait... With these, anyone with an automatic ice dispenser is going to be able to ice things for hours. And I mean hours. 2. The temperature is just right. Ever tried ice in a bag? Too cold! Ice in a bag behind a napkin? Not cold enough! Well these are just right. Instant relief. 3. They conform to your shape. The fact that these have water and ice in them means they conform to the shape of your body. 4. No leaks. You can put them under your feet or ankles or knees and put your weight on them (as long as they are closed tightly). 5. Three different sizes. The medium is the most useful, but the small one is great for kids. The large one might come in handy for thighs or backsides (etc...) but I have no tried it. Basically you fill these up with ice. The medium takes about 20 cubes or so. Then add water and close the top (i get rid of the air in there too). That's it. When the ice runs out (takes about an hour) you can dump some water and add some more ice. I have not tried it with hot water. Absolutely stellar!

I suffer from chronic migraines, so ice is a must on my head during an episode. These ice bags have been wonderful! You get a 3-pack of different sizes -- small, medium and large. I have been using either the medium or large for my headaches, but the small is perfect for other areas of the body, such as a knee or elbow, or even for one of my children if need be. To fill the bags up, just simply unscrew the plastic top. The opening is large enough to easily accommodate a variety of sizes of ice, and the standard cubes fit through no problem. The inside of the bag is a thick rubbery material. It keeps the ice cold for a solid 4 hours and it keep all of the moisture inside, so the outside cloth does not get damp. Once the top is screwed back on, they are air tight and do not leak at all! To empty it, just pour the water out and leave the top off to air dry. You can also use these as hot bags for muscle aches. I just heated up water in the microwave, NOT boiling and carefully poured it on. It kept the water hot, which I like it very hot, for a good 2 hours! It felt wonderful on my aching neck and shoulder. These bags are very well made with quality materials, so I can see them lasting a long time with proper care. I am beyond satisfied with them and I would definitely recommend them to others for a multitude of uses. Great product all around! Staying dry (24 hours of use in)! It has a slick snow pants cover outside, but no ice sweat seen yet. The previous bag I used was an offender. This set was a great replacement. The small one is hilariously small. My photo is of the medium (perfect foot size). So the large is very large (maybe for a back, knee, or while head dome) Great set, I am still keeping a protective towel in case of ice sweat, but this has been great and easy to strap down. This is the first ice bag that was easy AND cooled my foot well (my toes even got too cold today).

I bought these bags to use in a lunch box. They worked great for a trip to Disney to keep water bottles, etc… cold. They don’t leak at all and the material on the outside stays dry. I’m sure in hotter weather you will have to keep adding ice. My only negative would be that the caps seem a little cheap. They are a thin plastic. Overall, great product. 4 stars because of the lids.

Hole is not as big as I thought but they are very durable no leakage easy to use. I’ve pack capacity is a lot. Love that it came with a belt to help hold it in place.

I use these for packing with ice /1st Aid. I was using cold gel packs For an injury, but they Would heat up too quickly – – so I was putting ice in Ziploc bags which also leaked at times. I have used these in the past, but haven’t seen them in stores in a while. The 3 different sizes are useful and convenient. It’s easy to use… just twist off the Lid, fill with ice and twist back on, and you’re ready to go. They do not leak so far. The fabric is soft and keeps you comfortable. They can also be filled with hot water for warm therapy.

This set of 3 Ice Packs (Small, Medium and Large) is a really good product. You should fill ice cubes as per your requirement in the bag and empty the bag after usage to dry it and keep it ready for your next use. As per the company's recommendation, you should never keep these bags inside the freezer. The best thing about the product is that you can use it directly on the affected area without the need of having a cloth to protect your skin or your hand. The cloth does not expel much water out even after the ice cubes have melted which makes it very convenient. I have been using this for about a month now and it definitely looks durable.

Absolutely love them! It's not harsh on the bare skin & the sizes are perfect. I leave them in the freezer 24/7 & no issues.

I use it as a hot fermentation pack & really like the product. It keeps the water hot for good amount of time (20-25mins). Because of it being a flexible product, it's easy to carry, doesn't occupy much space. The lid closes tightly & haven't seen any water leakage.
