This was to replace a KeyOne cover that broke after a few falls without a case. It looks almost exactly the same as my previous back cover. It's remarkably difficult to put on and take off around the camera lens. I recommend you don't remove the camera lens sticker cover until it is fully installed because you have to squeeze that section into place. I'd be 100% satisfied, but it's ever so slightly off; the lower right corner of the cover constantly peels off because it's such a tight squeeze of a fit (i.e. just a little smaller than OEM).

Perfect match! And it does have the icon on it. Getting it on is a bit tricky (I suggest looking up a how to video) but that's true for the factory cover too.
