I have been using this in a midday smoothie with frozen berries with water and a little honey for only a few weeks now and I can already notice a difference in my mental focus. This formula isn’t overly sweet but has such rich flavor that it satisfies the part of the brain that craves a bit of a midday sweet treat. I look forward to continuing use for the recommended 6-8 weeks to see if I continue to see improvements in my perimenopausal brain fog.

Love adding this to my greek yogurt. It blends perfectly and is a nice way to get some chocolate into my diet without feeling guilty.

I started taking Sunbird's ashwagandha capsules daily a few months ago. Because I felt such great results, I jumped on again to purchase their chocolate powder. I love chocolate, and with trends changing, it's easier these days for me to enjoy without having processed sugar added. This powder is super delicious! I've mixed with my oatmeal, but also tried one of the recipes Sunbird posted on their website ~ The blueberry cacao smoothie bowl. So good! I had a friend over and he tasted. He isn't as much of lover of chocolate as I am, but he drank half the glass. He then ordered some :) I also really like how this is low on the glycemic index, which works so well for me and keeps me even. I feel the same results with the powder as I have with the capsules, but will keep the capsules up as well, especially when I travel. Thanks for providing such clean and healthy products!!

One thing I always wonder about when buying powdered things is how easy will it mix. I have a Keurig coffee machine so I put a scoop of this in and then as the cup fills I stir it with just a regular old spoon. I don’t have a fancy mixing mixer. I just use a spoon and it works just fine. And it tastes really good. You’ll have to experiment with how much you like. I put just a spoonful in and that’s enough for me. I have not tried it in oatmeal or smoothies yet, but I’m sure it will be good.

I love that I can add powdered form to my smoothies so one less pill/capsule. But-I question the fact that the only place we are told about the mg of Ashwagandha per dose is on the product description. Why can't they add it to the actual package along with the other nutrition info like calories? I think the mg of the adaptogen is more important to consumers than a small act of calories? It IS delicious, blends great in smoothies. Seemed to take the edge off just a bit-but I also take Superyou which also has several adaptogens so not sure if this product helped or not.

This is some seriously tasty stuff! I have been putting this chocolate ashwaganda powder in my overnight oats everyday for about 2 months now and not only is it delicious, but I do also feel its anti-anxiety and calming effects. I'm a mom to 2 young toddlers and this pandemic has nearly put me over the edge. This Sunbird Organics product has really helped me put my foot back in the door to sanity. Here is my overnight oats recipe using Sunbird Organics Dark Chocolate Ashwaganda Blend. Give it a try, it's like desert for breakfast, filled with protein! -1/2 tbsp to 1 tbsp Sunbird Organics Dark Chocolate Ashwaganda Blend (start with the 1/2 and work you way up to the 1 tbsp doseS) -1/2 cup rolled oats -pinch of salt -1/2 cup almond milk (can use any kind of milk really) -1/3 cup non fat Greek yogurt -Mix all ingredients together in a jar or bowl and let sit overnight in the refrigerator before eating.
