As an IT professional, I have seen them cause serious problems for laser printers. However, I was up against the wall--I purchased an end of life laser printer and could not find replacement toner cartridges. Out of desperation, I purchased this kits and was completely impressed. Of course, the price was incredible (2 full toner replacements for less than the cost of one toner cartridge). I have been using the refilled toner cartridges for several months now without issue. I use the printer at home and do not print large volumes, nor do I print photos with it, so I have not put it through the paces a business would. I have no reason to complain. I did watch a video on YouTube showing how to go through the whole refill process (which was helpful as there were a couple of things I likely would have missed that would have made it more difficult). 4 toner refill for Ricoh Aficio
We received the toners on time and they work great! My husband said it could be a little more messy to do the refill than our regular ink jet printer. However, he got it done and it worked fine.
