Sturdy, adjustable, great quality rack!
I love my new barbell/squat rack!! It arrived in only a few days. It was very easy to put together. It probably took me 30 min but I was cleaning the area at the same time (I'm a small 5'-1" tall, small frame, 44 year-old woman). The instructions are very clear. Follow them! It is sturdy and very well made. I can't lift very heavy so I can't say how heavy of a barbell this rack will hold but I'm sure other reviewers will comment on that. I bought this because I needed to set this up in a small space in my bedroom, and other barbell racks I saw online are not adjustable and are very wide. I can adjust the width of this one to make it fit in the space I have. Another reason I bought this is for the long safety arms (spotter arms). I can go heavier on my squats and if I can't get up, I can place the barbell on the lower arms. The safety/spotter arms and the barbell holder are both adjustable heights. So I can easily lower them when I'm laying on my bench for press-ups, or raise them to do my barbell squats (and moving away my light weight bench). I also use the lower spotter arms to place my barbell there and use it for Australian pull-ups (I lay on the floor and grab the barbell wider than shoulder width and palms are facing away from my face, and I pull up squeezing my shoulder blades) and also for biceps curls (same set up as Australian pull-ups but I grab the barbell at shoulder width apart and my palms are facing my face). Like another reviewer said, it's hard (too wide) to do chest dips using the dip bars in the back of the rack if you don't want to adjust the width of this equipment every time. And for me, it was a little hard to adjust the width once everything was assembled. It takes some effort. So I just leave it at a set width and I don't change it. I recommend this Vanswe barbell rack for anyone who is looking for adjustability on width and height at a good price without sacrificing on quality. In the picture without a bench, it shows a barbell on the barbell holder at the top and an adjustable dumbbell/barbell setup that I bought from Amazon as well on the lower spotter arms. Edit: Still loving this barbell rack. Someone asked if we could do bench presses with a bench using this rack, so I added a video to show this. I also added a couple of photos doing the Australian Pull-Ups by placing the barbell on the lower longer arms (spotter arms), and photos doing squats. I'm very new to weight lifting, but in a year I hope to get stronger. :)

Space-saving, easy-to-use, well-made, sturdy enough barbell rack!
I have been using this VANSWE barbell rack for about 4 months now. During WFH, throughout the pandemic, my fitness activities kept shifting, to the point where I eventually decided to invest in a barbell and weights set. Naturally, I needed a rack. I needed something that could handle moderately-heavy weights, would offer safety, and that could fit in a tight space. My workout room is essentially the furnace room in my basement; I have like an 8ft X 8ft space within which to work, and this rack is nimble enough to move around the space. Safety-wise, well let's just say that I've had a couple of occasions where I've lost balance, and the safety bars were there and kept me safe. Lastly, while the concrete floor in the room is a little uneven, there have been times where I wondered how steady this rack would be with really, really heavy weights. In the end, this is a great rack that was easy to put together and which serves its purpose well enough. I was impressed with the quality enough so that I decided to go with a VANSWE foldable bench to finish my setup. If you are going to be working with moderate weights, it should be perfect for your needs.

Good Quality for Money
Although the package arrived late, thankfully it was still there when I got home from my weekend away. The product is fairly easy to assemble and to be honest it feels of pretty good quality. Not all the welds are closed on the base but it should be plenty strong for what I need. The product definitely has a strange scent out of the box and has some slop when fully assembled but it’s not a $1000 set, you can’t ask for much more. Really impressed for quality for the money and it’s more appealing than the other options in the price range.

Great price
This bench is prefect. I use it for squatting, bench press, and more. It was very easy to put together and it is very sturdy. It is not to heavy to where I can’t move it by myself. I love that there is a bar to put your weights on the back.

Good quality sturdy unit
Very happy with this purchase! Good quality sturdy unit that can probably handle every bit of the 550 lb limit if you have everything snugged up good. Loving it for bench press with my existing bench, barbell, and weights. It is far better quality and gives me much more versatility than any of the crap rickety combos with a fixed bench attached that you can find. The spotter arms are an awesome added feature. They are the perfect length to be useful if you need them but don't stick out so far that they get in your way when lifting. The weight holders are a very handy feature as well and I love the built in dip station. The unit width and arms adjust fairly easily so you can get the right width and height for your dips. The supporting bar that adjusts the width of the beams is also in a good location and does not get in the way for squats like some of the units i looked at. Very easy 22 minute assembly and i am by no means any kind of a handy man. Great product and exactly what I was hoping for.

Year review, has held up decently but be cautious
So I have had this product for a little over a year now, so far it has held up with no stress cracking, however as a dad of two I suggest only using it when kids will not be around. As 5’9” 235lbs male I have to extend the frame as much as it can go and I also need to adjust the height of the safety bars and barbell holders, this causes either of those two components to wobble even with the screw in holders. The welding on this item isn’t great, it is a rather poor job, this gives me concern of it failing one day. For example on just a 110lb lift you notice the swaying. So in conclusion I would say you get what you pay for, it’s held up decently, as a reminder if you are a parent or someone who wants to lift heavy be cautious with this item.
