I purchased this bed to replace a standard, brand-name, 20-year old box spring for my 97 year old father. He "didn't need a new bed" but is so glad he now has a new adjustable bed, especially for his diabetic swollen leg issues. The bed arrived well packed. I am a mechanically-minded 67 year young lady who dragged it into the house and assembled it all on my own in about an hour...first floor only. It is heavy...would have some trouble getting to the second floor. However, assembly booklet is clearly written, in good American English and photos, with step by step instructions that made it easy to set up. Only one little connector had come loose, but the manual does say to check all connections before trying it out. One little none essential part was broken, called the vendor and was immediately offered replacement part by mail. Can't say enough about this company and their quality and attention to detail.

Delivery was as scheduled and bed is as described, actually for the money better than I expected. Finish and fit are very good, extremely easy to set up, 2 people are best because of the weight and size. Everything works as per ad and I really like the diversity of what the bed can do. FedEx did the shipping and they did a terrible job as the box was torn up extensively. Contacted seller because I was worried about the condition of bed after unboxing. They gave me directions and told me they would take care of it if damaged. The carton that is was packed in was very sturdy so when I unpacked it and set it up all was OK and no damage, the heavy duty plastic bag that encased it saved it from FedEx employees. I would highly recommend the bed and seller especially for the quality of the bed and positions that it does. It is hundreds less than comparable beds and does everything that I wanted and the motors are quiet and smooth. I am 75 yo, 6'3 and 235 lbs just for comparison.

My wife and I sleep completely different ways and this was the perfect solution. She like to sleep on her belly and I like to sleep on my back, propped up a bit because of back issues. The only item neither of us like is the message features. Turning them on seems pointless because it's more of a vibration than it is a message. We don't use the function. We had a single king prior to this bed, but it didn't give us the versatility this one does. We can both sit up in bed watch the television and eventually sleep how each of us prefer. The memory function allows us to set a position we each like or, my favorite, use the zero gravity function. The one thing we did learn prior to buying the bed frames is don't be cheap on the mattress. The frame has niece features, but if you don't buy the right mattress, you won't sleep well. We bought hybrid mattresses for our bed and they are great. Sleep well and you will be well.

Pros: Decent quality frame. I like the fact you can adjust the height of the bed. The lowest you can go with the typical queen size mattress is 28inches from ground. The lifting mechanism requires some clearance and add the mattress thickness to that. Remote has a memory function which is good to adjust it to your preference with one press of a button. Remote is also back lit. Lights under the bed is a great idea. USB ports useful to charge devices but make sure you have a long USB cable. Cons: pillow tilt feature is useless as it pushes the whole mattress forward (I use a purple foam mattress). I never use it. Remote occasionally just disconnects from the receiver and you have to do a power reset. Some might care for the massage feature. It was alright. Bed is heavy. You will need two or more people to move it while in packaging. Overall I think I overpayed for the product. Just don't see the value.

I bought this with Qty 2 (Classic Brands Cool Gel Memory Foam Quilted 14-Inch Mattress, Twin XL) Assembly was easy. Bed can be different heights as the Legs come in 3 inch pieces that Screw Together. Tip: for Syncing Remotes, plug in 1 bed half at a Time with the Remote Open & Batteries in it & hit the Sync Button. 1 Remote I had the Switch Left to A & the other Right to B. Only Plugging in 1 Bed at a Time makes Syncing the Remote easy to not Confuse which it will Sync up to. I did not have to Press a Button on the Bottom of the Bed to Sync, so it must go into Sync Mode upon Power up when you 1st Plug it in. If you wish to Sync to your Phone they Hookup via Bluetooth. The manual says to Search for SBKDT Adustable base Remote, I DID NOT find it on Google Play Store. The App "1500 Tilt Base Remote" is what I installed as it had the Same Buttons & that worked for my Bed. This fit well in our 4 Post Bed Frame. Can be a bit difficult to reach your Coffee to your Night Stand, but the ones that Slide back to accommodate for that were $4500 so I'll reach a little with my Coffee...

We received the split king version with head tilt and all the bells and whistles from Amazon and the total price was under $1,400 and well worth every penny! I have chronic back issues while my husband has acid reflux, stomach issues and snores like a freight train. Since having this wonderful adjustable base my pain has decreased and I haven’t heard my husband snore since we’ve had this blissful nights sleep base in weeks, praise the Lord. The only recommendation I have is get a mattress that is no thicker than maybe 10 - 12”. We ended up getting the ultra plush 16” lucid gel memory foam mattress and first I consider the bed to be medium firm and it’s too thick. As for the adjustable base, there are two USB ports on both sides of the twin bases with two outlets, yay. The only thing is the ports are located under the bed vs. on the side of the bed which may cause problems if you are constantly plugging and unplugging it. I suggest getting 4 usb cords and leaving them plugged in. I absolutely highly recommend this product! All functions work great!
