These look and feel very much like real rock. I hung them at a slight slope, mixed in with a few even larger "jugs" and my two year old can make good use of them--including some of the foot jibs. We really appreciated the variety of holds (in our case no two were alike). Each hold offers at least one mounting option that achieves a deep 3+ finger grip for an adult. While "large" most don't quite offer a two-hand hold for large or unskilled hands. I did notice my two year old managing a few double grips. A few of the foot jibs, while of course not as large, had a lip option that still offered a reasonable hand hold. Each rock offers a variety of mounting choices. I chose the easiest in each case but noticed that there were often narrower and/or slopier choices. The right spacing / mounting angle could be used to achieve several levels of difficulty and some interesting challenges with the same holds. We are very satisfied with these. They look nice, feel like real rock and are highly functional. Good product.

These are really nice looking and quality! I like earthy things for our kids, not bright plastic things, and these were perfect for their playground! They look and feel like real rocks. I received a good variety of shapes. The screwed on securely to our wood 4x4 beams. I have just bought a second set.

When I opened the bag they were all very gritty so I washed them off and layed them out to see the variety that came. I built a playground for my kids and decided to install these underneath so my eldest son and me can boulder underneath. I figured instead of playing on my phone i could climb underneath and get a workout in at the same time. I weigh 180 lbs and have been hanging from each one individually with no issues or cracking. They didn't come with any hardware but 1/4 screws and washers have worked for me currently. I've had them outside for a month now with no issues. I'm probably gonna buy some more my other boys wanna crawl underneath now that they keep seeing me do it and i spread them too far apart lol.

Built my grandchildren a climbing wall and used 20 of these. They're very authentic looking and feeling. I lightly sprayed them in different colors (red, blue, green) but left the charcoal showing through. They're well made and did the trick, although I decided to replace the provided screws with bolts and nuts because the screws loosened when an adult climbed them. I got bolts with lock nuts, drilled holes through the wood wall, and cranked them on very tightly. Works like a charm and I'm not worried they can come off, even when grown kids climb them. You can find kits with more hand-holds and different colors, but these are very authentic and well made.

I was looking for something more subtle than neon for our backyard, and I was glad I found these. My kids and nephews and nieces all loved the feel and look. I used 1/4, 2 1/2 inch T25 deck screws. Nice and secure. Great product.

It's often the case that we take a chance when buying online, we read, research and make a decision. This time let me tell you that you should not hesitate buying these holds! They are perfect, great sizes for beginners up to middle grade climbers and if applied on angled walls for skilled climbers. The holds are all unique each replicating natural holds on a crag. The use of two holes for screws ensures no twisting and when secured using recommended length screws and thickness of wood will hold the most sturdy climber! Totally weather proof they are excellent for outdoor walls. My recommendation is buy buy buy!!! I'm getting more!!!

I also bought a pack of 25 from this same company so I'm just pasting in my other review here. Wow, these are amazing. We got these and actually screwed them into our tree house playground. The first time one of our kids tried them, he couldn't see them! Haha, they look like actual rocks and although they had a strong smell when we opened the box they no longer smell--and we've only had them for about a month. These are just the right size for my 8 and 5 year old, but my husband and I can use them too, no problem. Really, really a great deal for climbing holds. So happy with this product.

Nice idea and could be great but there is a big problem with these. The holes are drilled at inconsistent depths, resulting in severe weakening across the holes. I received two holds with less than a centimeter of material across the holes so they crack in half when you screw them in. Very surprising this hasn't already been identified as an issue. All they need to do to make the holds much safer and stronger is to drill the holes less deep and make it consistent hole depth. Not sure how much I trust them considering this problem.

Would highly recommend this product these are great quality at a great price I had a mixup in the product that was delivered and they were quick to make it right and ship out the correct product at no extra charge. I will definitely Be a returning customer and highly recommend .

I used these for my daughters rock wall going up to her tree fort. Nice design and very sturdy. They did have an odor to them bu i did as they say on the package and washed them in the sink. No smell

We used these with a bag of chips to make a fun little climbing wall for kids. They are sturdy enough for adults too. and they look nicer than most.

All you will ever need for full fingered holds. Each hold is the size of a fist and are real rock feel.
