I required this and an extra extra long set of wrenches to get it off. It must have required at least 200 lb ft of force to get it off and it worked! After all was set and done, I did not see any visible marks that the metal was warping or any issues with the materials at all. I also did not have any issues getting this tool into place, although I did have to loosen it about twice every 20 degrees or so until i could loosen it by hand.Overall good little tool that I hopefully do not have to use for at least another 200K miles. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buy this don’t rent !! *by on Reviewed in the United States October 20, 2026* Cheaper than renting a tool that is used and abused. This is guaranteed to work on your inner tie rod. Easily adjustable and you’re not hunting for the right size tie rod clamp just for it to slip off. This was a life saver! Just make sure you have the appropriate sized breaker bar.Used on a 1990 Lincoln mark 7 LSC ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product, helps in a pinch. *by on Reviewed in the United States October 13, 2026* This tool is great, and has helped me with multiple vehicles. Had it for over half a year now and it works just fine. ## Frequently Bought Together - Toolwiz Inner Tie Rod Removal Tool - 3/8” inch Universal Low Profile Tool 30-42mm with Non-Slip Teeth for Easy Inner Rod Removal and Installation, U-Wrench for Car Truck Vehicle Automotive Repair - Car Rack and Pinion Boot Steering Rack Boot Tool Kit,Dustproof Silicone Inner Tie Rod Boot Set with Rack and Pinion Bellow Cable Ties and Clamps,Professional Car Accessories --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.nz/products/148208249-toolwiz-inner-tie-rod-removal-tool-3-8-universal-low](https://www.desertcart.nz/products/148208249-toolwiz-inner-tie-rod-removal-tool-3-8-universal-low) --- *Product available on Desertcart New Zealand* *Store origin: NZ* *Last updated: 2026-10-29*
