This is absolutely terrible and waste of money, I should have just got a straw cause that’s what it feels like. Don’t waste your money look into other stuff definitely not this, if I could return it I would.

It’s not like a straw as others have said, there’s a thing inside it that moves when you suck on it and it provides resistance, like a cigarette. When you quit smoking, you’re working on quitting two parts of the addiction, the drug and the ritual. This provides some relief for the habitual part of your addiction. Placebo is a poweful thing. Close your eyes, take a drag off this and picture smoke entering your lungs, hold it there and blow out, picture the smoke blowing out of your mouth. You just did a breathing exercise that calms you down like a cigarette would. This is a helpful tool especially if you can’t wean off the nicotine, lets say, if you’re a pregnant woman and you need to stop NOW. or if you’re using nicotine replacement therapy and you want something to hold and satisfy the oral fixation. This thing is great. I got the plain old oxygen one because I’m not too sure about the safety regarding inhalation of flavorings. So mine is unflavored, just a thing to hold and suck on and bite. And it’s great. I hope I don’t lose it. It is kind of pricy but I would buy this again. I will say, there’s quite a bit of airflow resistance which is good in my opinion. This would work better for a mouth to lung smoker like myself rather than a direct to lung smoker. All in all, great safe drug free cessation product. I’m glad it exists. Helped me out immensely.

Got the one with no soft tip and it’s brilliant the soft tip seems to be all they have which is soooo not worth it and often they ship the wrong flavor

Anyone who is trying to quit smoking needs this? I still use it to this day and it’s been 10 months. No nicotine, but it helps when those cravings hit. Grab it and pretend you’re smoking with no side affects. Just air. A must if you’re serious about quitting smoking.

This personally didnt help me aide in quitting smoking. I liked that it was longer like a cigarette but didnt give any similar effects.

The only thing I can say is that it worked for me I enjoyed it I tried everything it is more comforting my breath smells better I breathe better I would recommend it to anyone

Product defective. Just a completely empty tube, no end cap and nothing inside. Package was sealed so this is an issue from the manufacturer. Says "shake to activate" and has a limited amount of "puffs" but doesn't make any sense. Support website has a dead link, what the heck did I just order?! Definitely not worth said price when a simple straw is just as effective.
