**Q: I just took my first one....how long before I may start to feel the benefits of Alive?**
A: I'd say anywhere from 2-6 weeks. I used to take the Alive women's 50+ and compared the boxes on vitamin amounts. It's shocking how much more you get with these. Sure, you'll expel what you don't need but what if you need more of one or more vitamins? Loaded with B-12 for energy so I take them in the morning instead of before bed.

**Q: Size of vitamin?**
A: It's been a while since I tried the one pill and had the reaction, but it was typical big multi-vitamin/mineral size.

**Q: what makes this product ultra potency**
A: I just looked at the Women's Daily Alive yesterday at Costco and found it did not have all the ingredients as the Ultra Potency has.  I can't remember all the differences, but the percentages were lower and many missing.  I take it for the vitamin B's which are way high over the daily recommended %. Someone else listed all the ingredients so I won't list them again.

I love these vitamins. I'm 65+ and they give me all the the supplements I need daily. I've been taking Alive 55+ for over three years. They do give me energy. Also I've noticed since I've been taking them my nails are growing faster, my digestive system is better probably because of the flax blend in them, They definitely support my immune system. I haven't had a cold in the last two years. They support my eyes as well as my ❤. I can tell when I don't take one it seems like my energy level is down. There is no taste to them unless u let them dissolve n ur mouth of which I've never done. Most vitamins you have to take more than one a day. With these you take one a day preferably with a meal. Don't be alarmed if ur urine is yellow that's from the vitamins. I can swallow them easily but for some who may have a problem swallowing them because the tablets are big u may want to cut it in half or mix it n with ur food. Also they do come in a veggie gel capsules which may be easier for u to swallow. After u get them in ur system u will truly feel a difference in your body.
